Sissy Museum, Treasury and also hop on hop off!
It is also misleading, it is written Wien -Pass, but the cashiers want to read Vienna -Pass!

The ticket was for the Vienna day pass that was meant to give you access to 70+ Museums and attractions. Our ticket cost a ridiculous amount and we could only get into the art history museum. When talking to the company about a refund it was refused.

Wasn't immediately obvious but we ended up with tickets for days 2, 3 and 4 when we really wanted day 1,2 ,3 and so ended up paying singly on day 1 for attractions included in Wien Pass ..
No agents were available on helpline - waited 4 minutes listening to music to be then told to call back later! Audio guide which was your selling point was very limited use.
