A truly sumptuous site, very well maintained. We took the tour in the morning, so it wasn't too crowded.

Speed - efficiency and beauty of the tour! Dogs allowed outside - nickel alternating tour 👌🏻 superb views and aromas of plants after a bit of rain super pleasant.

Simple and efficient, I bought the tickets the day before, depending on the châteaux we were going to visit, and I was able to get a 10% discount on my purchase.

It was pleasantly empty, you could look at everything in peace. No annoying tour groups, no crowds in the rooms. Great, we were very happy.

Beautiful chateau. At this time of year, the coipe fil wasn't all that interesting with so few people around. But a nice outing.

Like every year, my stay at Chambord went very well, and the château allowed me to immerse myself in my youth. I will continue to return every year.

The site (château and gardens) is magnificent, very well laid out and maintained (you'd think you were somewhere other than France...) and the decorations - particularly the flowers - for Easter are a real success. Well done!

Simple and efficient! We booked our tickets for 3 châteaux on 3 different days (Amboise, Clos Lucé and Chambord): direct entries downloaded onto our smartphone, no hassle... and great visits, just as we'd hoped!

Convenient to have bought our tickets beforehand. All we had to do was scan them. We did, however, have to buy 2 children's tickets as Chenonceaux is not free for them.

It's great to arrive at the sites with your tickets already in hand - no waiting, no paperwork, everything on your phone. And all this while saving money! Thank you so much!

lockers would be more useful at the entrance near the parking lot rather than at the chateau (you have to carry your luggage) accessibility of the shuttle bus to Blois station not well indicated and far from the entrance, timetables posted unclear or wrong

the chateau is sublime but the way the rooms were decorated for christmas with flowers and christmas trees was just magnifikeeeeeee

It's very easy to arrive at the time you want to visit the castle, inside or out, depending on the time you've booked and the weather outside. The staff are very pleasant to deal with. Highly recommended.

It's a great idea not to have to wait at the cash desk, even if there wasn't a queue to pick up your tickets that day. I recommend it.

The reservation, difficulties between the purchase of almost tickets and the validation with the official site for the schedule of entry to the castle, not really responsive design, no immediate confirmation of the schedule ... I had to try several times! Too bad

We loved Chenonceau. It was beautiful. The audio guide was helpful. Chambord was not as inspiring but still essential to visit.

The attraction was amazing... A good thing to notev with the ticketing is that you can't actually "skip the line" with your skip the line tickets as Chenanceau requires a scheduled time slot... So, we had to "stand in line". The line was really short, and thankfully, they were able to schedule is for the next slot. That was not made clear with ticket purchase (that I remember) R Johnson
