Tickets to Pisa Monumental Complex with Leaning Tower, Opera Museum, Baptistry

The opportunity to see such a unique structure is in itself an absolute privilege. Getting to ascend it's spiral stairway, to enjoy the view from the top only added to the experience. However, the rest of the sights (baptistery, cathedral, and camposanto) were as beautiful, and well worth the time. The ticketing process, booking and instant provision of online tickets was seamless, and required minimal effort on my part. An altogether pleasant, and rewarding experience.

There were a lot of people but it is understandable because it is summer, we had no problem at all to redeem the tickets and access the whole complex, I will recommend it :)

Among so many people it cost a little bit to find who had my tickets...it would be good if they send a few hours before by mail with which person and number the tickets are going to be for not to be running...and to have a bigger sign of the company....

It was great not having to queue for tickets however we had no idea where to go or what to do or what we were looking at. At least we had your map to help as there are are no signs and very little historical information or direction as to where to queue etc. We did finally make it to the tower by asking many people and it was a great experience.

I loved the view from the top of the tower and inside the other buildings. There is no signage to explain that you need to take your handbag to the cloakroom before climbing the tower though. I didn't find that out until I'd already been queuing for some time and then almost missed my time slot.

Everyone was so nice! Went right to the top and enjoyed the view!

Please mention that the times are for climbing the tower so that no one misses it.

An audio guide could have enhanced our visit, but otherwise the day went very well!

Unfortunately, we would have been better booked on the spot, because the ticket was a lot cheaper.
