Lake Cave Margaret River Guided Tour

Excellent from beginning to end . Tour guide friendly , informative and passionate . 325 down/up steps challenging for a 68&70 yr old but we did it and felt supported all the way. Magnificent entry, once inside breathtaking atmosphere. A must to do . Paul and Valerie

Lake Caves was stunning. The guide was very professional and made everyone feel comfortable. Nothing was rushed so you got the full experience. Couldn't fault it, just wish there was a lift to the top..lol.

Ruby our tour guide was lovely and very knowledgeable. The cave itself was beautiful to walk through. We didn't want the tour to end. Highly recommend visiting Lake Cave.

Great experience with bookings No problems with booking or checkin at cave, very impressed with tour guide on the day. Also accommodated us with an earlier tour as we arrived way ahead of time for our tour.

I was there with a friend who lives nearby in Busselton, and I am here visiting from Melbourne'. We went 2:40 Friday after booked the wrong time accidentally they quickly fixed upon our arrival at the cave site. Easy and flexible. Thanks - that was great customer service! . As for the tour... I was a huge fan of the lighting in the cave as we went through the different stages with Murray, our guide. My friend liked the tour very much too & his favourite part was Murray, the guide if you know what I mean. 😉🔥 Bit more warning about steps before starting next time would be ideal - just because it's lots of climbing. sometimes.

I booked through Headout unaware that I could have booked at the cave site. Unfortunately one of my granddaughters (8years old) became unwell when we arrived at the venue and was unable to go in the tour. Because of her age I needed to stay with her while my husband went with her two sisters on the guided tour walk. I approached the staff at the counter and they said I should contact Headout and they would refund the two purchased tickets. I have emailed Headout and have had no reply which is disappointing.

Very easy to book, info came straight to my phone. The tour guide was fantastic! Very knowledgeable, friendly and a great sense of fun and humour.

Our guide was so good. Can't remember his name but he was very informative. The cave was amazing. Had a wonderful afternoon. So easy to book.

Was a good trip managed the large amount of steps ,these need to be pointed out at the booking stage as some people maybe unable to manage

Excellent visual information about caves before entry. The cave was brilliantly illuminated with superb dialogue from a super enthusiastic guide. The lake made it hugely alive and fabulous reflections. My visitors were enchanted. Thankyou , a trip not to be missed !

With the water level in Lake Cave at a record high, the reflections are amazing and create stunning photographic memories. The guide was friendly and had lots of knowledge to share. It was easy to book online, and when we requested our tour time be changed to fit around another tour on the same day, the staff were super helpful.

This was one of the most beautifulest caves I've been to. The tour guide was great and managed to involve all the kids in the group. The only thing I would say is that there are quite a few stairs down into the cave and coming back up was quite a challenge!

The guide was informative and engaging. She kept the attention of the whole group for the full period of the tour. The Cave itself was beautiful and was amazing to see such a beautiful natural piece of Margaret river history

The tour guide was very knowledgable and the cave was beautiful. We didn't feel rushed and there were plenty of photo opportunities. The ticketing process was simple and seamless.

Very smooth ticketing and unfortunately booked the wrong cave. When we arrived to Nigil caves they transferred our tickets and.paid the difference. Loved Nigil caves and staff very helpful and inciteful.

Once in the caves it was very good and the guide was very good in explaining about the caves we just had to take a bit longer doing the stairs

Our guide Jackson had terrible Dad jokes! Love that he bought his own torch to show us the beautiful reflections in the roof. That's a live and passion fur your job right there. And he wanted us to see what he saw. He was also knowledgeable The cave with the water and suspended table was beautiful.

The cave was great and our guide was also very good. He was very informative with good humer. I also loved the coloured lights at the end.

We had an excellent first time cave exploration experience with a wonderful tour guide. He was informative and interesting and also took the time to stand back and let you absorb the one off experience. All round a wonderful and worthwhile cave tour I'd recommend the lake cave to anyone coming through to experience at least once!
