Jewel Cave Margaret River Guided Tour

Thought the tour was amazing haven't been in a cave since I was a kid and loved it! Made more enjoyable by our young guide I wish I could remember his name he also served us as we walked in he is a huge credit to the caves! Thank you Marcelle & Mark

Our guide "Ali" was informative and considerate of older guests. The cave was magnificent - not our first cave experience either but head and shoulders the best.

It helped me realise that the earth is older than I had appreciated. Also, the guide showed skill in handling the big group. She maintained very good management of some of the situations.

The cave was spectacular and we really enjoyed our visit The guide was very knowledgeable and explained the various geological formations while maintaining a sense of humour

We took our 3 teenage girls to Jewel cave. They had not seen any caves before. I loved the first view coming down the stairs and seeing the whole area lit up with twinkling lights. It was amazing. Our girls loved it!

What a fabulous experience at Jewel Cave! Such an amazing place! Digby was our tour guide and he was fabulous! Very informative and very funny. You could tell how passionate he was about the cave. Our two girls absolutely loved it as did we!

We booked in for 1:30pm tour and upon arrival we were asked if we wanted to join on the earlier slot! I am forever grateful we did as our tour guide (Jackson?) was fantastic and really made the whole experience even more incredible that it could have been. He was enthusiastic and knowledgeable throughout the whole tour made us laugh and even made us adults learn a thing or two. Could not recommend jewel cave tours enough !

Ticketing was straightforward and easy. Tour was informative and the guide had a sense of humour. It would have been better if there were more platforms for photo shoot opportunities.

The caves were good. We booked on line. It appears on our account as Headout.com Berlin Germany. Not only have we paid international transaction fees to visit a site in Australia where we live, the transaction has been dispiuted on Visa because it being a foreign transfer when we never left the country

It was such an amazing time away, the location is perfect, got the suite with the bath tub outide and was perfect, was warm inside the tub with the fire even on a very cold day/night. The set up was beautiful!

The cave itself and the passionate informative guide. However the thoughtless families bringing in infant children that can't walk and need to be carried was unnecessary and inappropriate, inconsiderate and irresponsible. An age limit or rules for persons that can actually manage themselves unassisted should be considered. Babies made too much distraction and difficulties in listening to our guide. Cave was cool

Apart from a bit of a joker in the group, we really enjoyed the talk, knowledge and the beautiful caves. Ticketing ws really easy.

Amber our guide was wonderful. She shared her knowledge of the caves and all its history . She ensured everyone was safe and made us all feel very much part of the tour group. We absolutely love this tour.

Our guide was excellent - Peter, I think. The number of steps were a surprise and daunting for me but I was pleased to make it back up. A truly wonderful place!!!

Fantastic cave and really good tour guide. Only downside was that one of our group couldn't make the trip at the last minute due to illness and so a refund was not able to be applied as per Headout's refund policy. Had we booked direct with the cave as vendor we would have been entitled to a refund.

Informative, relaxed, fun, and neither too long nor too short. Would have liked more cave specific souvenirs in the shop. Great value for money too.

Tour was lovely. Just crying tantrumming kiddos spoiled it a bit for us as a couple. Maybe would try again not near school holidays x
