Guided Tour of Jewish Quarter Kazimierz & Schindler's Factory

A really informative and fascinating tour. Aga was a great guide, dulling stories and passionate about Krakow, its history and the history of Kraków's Jewish community. She went out of her way to ensure we were well informed and in abreast friendly way.

Helena was a excellent guide! She has a lot of knowledge and seem to have an important role on active preservation of the ghetto buildings. Knew tadeuslz pankiewicz herself. Best guide ever, i really recommend it!

Our tour guide, Alex, was so knowledgeable, interesting and passionate about the history of Poland. It was very handy to have earphones that linked to his microphone so that we could hear him clearly at all times. My only suggestion would be to have a bit more time at each stop/be less rushed in order to take more photos. Similarly in Schindler's factory there wasn't time to read the information in each room, but other than that, I couldn't fault it.

Our guide was very informative and we enjoyed her tour of schlinders factory very much. A lovely girl who explained everything perfectly thankyou. We missed the first part of the trip to the synagogue which was entirely our own fault. Very poignant in these difficult times .

A great guide, Joana, showed us around the Jewish quarter of Kazimierz. She had a wealth of knowledge, which she shared with us in a very pleasant way. What's more, we were the only couple on the tour! Great discoveries! And she was also the one who gave us the guided tour of the Schindler factory, as tactfully and kindly as ever!

Ticket experience was ok considering the crowds on the walking tour the weather was awful and really everyone should have been offered a coffee break /toilet break .It was so cold everyone was a bit traumatised on the march

Well organised communication was good from start to finish . Lunch was excellent value for money. The trip was something I have wanted to do for some time and I am so glad I went .

Joanne was a very knowledgeable and entertaining guide who gave us a very thorough tour of the Jewish quarter which finished at the Schindler's, and then will factory. The actual factory tour for me was absolutely enthralling and very very interesting. I would recommend this door to anybody visiting Kraków, and wanting to learn a little bit more about the history of this fantastic city.

The guided tour of the Jewish Quarter was excellent and really helped us prepare to better understand the museum. The museum is really well done and I think it was helpful to have a guide to put the various exhibits and timelines in context.

Our guide was so knowledgeable about the history and also put a modern slant on it to make it understandable. He was patient and thoughtful with all us tourists. One of the best guides I've ever had.

It was a very interesting tour around the Jewish quarter and inside the factory and the guide was very well prepared. I recommend it 100%.

Overall a well organized tour. Guide has again given a deeper insight. For questions, someone was always available. By WhatsApp and by phone. Had to reschedule once and needed help with orientation. All very friendly and went super fast and uncomplicated.
