Alicia was the guide for our group. She was excellent - knowledgeable, passionate about the subject and a charming person. The tour through the Jewish Quarter (Kazimierz) was fascinating and I'm glad to have been here before going to Schindler's factory/museum which gave you an clearer understanding of how the horror unfolded. If I had more time I would have gone back to the museum again as there was so much to see and obviously Alicja had to keep our group moving. A worthwhile if heartbreaking experience that I would definitely recommend.

The guide was good, mastered the English language perfectly. During the tour, he went into detail about the history. Throughout the museum he continued to amaze me with the depth of knowledge. He was definitely a positive note on the day.
Schindler's museum did not disappoint, very impressive. Comprehensive and in-depth.
If I may give 1 dissent, I think it was a pity that you could not walk through the museum on your own after the tour.

Phil was an amazing guide. He was able to impart a lot of information in a very understandable way. He made is relatable and it was never too much detail about one particular thing. I thoroughly enjoyed ever minute and added on a Ghetto tour while I was at Schindler's factory. I can highly recommend this company as great value for money.

It was easy to find the organisator who immediately validated our vouchers. We had a fabulous guide, Magda. She took us through Kazimiers, the Schindler's factory and the Krakau getto. All the time she told us many stories about history as well as about present days. she took care of putting us in the shadow on this hot day, having a nice interaction with each member of our group.

The tour guide was very informative and we really enjoyed listening to the history of the area.
Would recommend doing the tour of the factory as a standalone entry without the tour as it is very busy and rushed and we didn't get to view or read everything.
