We really liked that we skipped the line. We quickly found where they give out headphones for the audio guide. Very interesting and useful text, we listened to it several times. The Pantheon is amazing.
We didn't like that we had to go to the office for a voucher, which we found out about at the last minute. We ran to look for the office along the tangled streets. If we had realized this when we bought the ticket, we would have come for the voucher the day before.

Unfortunately, we couldn't visit as no one was available. We walked here for 30 minutes to get something. Shortly after 15:00 we received an email canceling our reservation!
That was a disaster - we are all very disappointed. I will post this accordingly.

Head out app was easy to use to book and reschedule the time off our visit with immediate email confirmation. The oh my guide shop was easy to find.

The tickets had to be picked up at another address, when they could have sent them to the app or email directly to us. We had to queue to get in anyway.

The tickets must be picked up at a local 250m from the Pantheon, so it is uncomfortable to have to go first to the collection point.
Once at the Pantheon there is no one to manage any problems you may have, you simply enter through the central row, wait for the audio guide to be handed to you at a table on your left and finally manage the rest of the visit yourself.

We appreciate the information behind any historical monument, relic or building. Without out the audioguide to help us understand the significance, it would be just another pretty building. Very well done.
