Lovely doesn't do justice to the magnitude of this iconic museum. We were enchanted from the moment we caught view from the street. Everything about this experience was unforgettable. The service was great, pre-paid ticket system was seamless and fast! The only downside was the wait for the restroom. So, don't use the ones on the main lobby floor! Others may be quicker. Overall, a magical time.

It was easy to book tickets with Headout. The art in the Louvre was definitely what made it memorable, that museum is massive and could easily take days to truly enjoy. We were there for half an afternoon, but loved getting to see the art and all that the Louvre museum had to offer.

The Palace of Versailles is a majestic marvel that transcends time. Stepping into its opulent halls is like embarking on a journey through history, where every room tells a story of grandeur and elegance. From the breathtaking Hall of Mirrors to the meticulously manicured gardens, every corner of Versailles exudes an aura of splendor. Walking through the palace, you can't help but be awestruck by the intricate details of the architecture, the lavish furnishings, and the awe-inspiring artistry that adorn every inch of the interior. Each room is a masterpiece in its own right, showcasing the exquisite taste and wealth of its former royal inhabitants. But it's not just the palace itself that captivates visitors; the sprawling gardens and fountains are equally enchanting. Whether you're strolling along the perfectly trimmed pathways or admiring the cascading water features, there's a sense of tranquility and beauty that permeates the air. Visiting the Palace of Versailles is more than just a tour—it's a transcendent experience that allows you to immerse yourself in the splendor of France's rich history and cultural heritage. It's a must-see destination for anyone with a passion for art, architecture, or simply the finer things in life.

Over all smooth a little crowded. Loved the palace but was disappointed with all the construction and demo on the flower gardens

The art and the Louvre were amazing. The WiFi at the louvre was THE worst and I couldn't get my tickets online or downloaded while in line for a timed entry. It was incredibly stressful and filled with anxiety.

Really nice place to visit the gardens and palace are beautiful. The only minor issue was the queue even though we had pre-booked, in gets a bit congested in some of the rooms none the less it's definitely worth a visit.

I was very nervous after seeing some reviews online about the company; however, the process was seamless! I had no issues at all getting tickets and using them to enter Versailles. I'd recommend this company in the future!

I was already familiar with the Palace of Versailles, but the sight of such magnificence continues to tear one's mouth open. This time we added the gardens with musical fountains and Grand and Petit Trianon to the tour. One suggestion would be to include in the ticket purchase the little train, which goes around the jardin and takes you all the way to the Trianon-it makes no sense to pay for an additional ticket.

it's not dissatisfaction, it's that i thought there is no waiting if I have tickets for particular time, still it was half an hour in Versailles, 45 min in Louvre. As turned out that almost all people had tickets for a particular time. weird

Memorable because the museum was so crowded it was unclear where I could find a map or the audio guide. I had intended to explore what I could of the galleries in the 2 hours available but that was limited by the lack of signs & infirmation available on staircases & courtyards. I will return but on this occasion was left with feelings of frustration that one of the most important museum/galleries in the work should be so difficult to navigate.

Versailles is a wonderful place to visit, the inside and gardens are majestic, definitely worth visiting. The line to wait at the entrance was long, but moving very fast and very easy to see the castle with a nice flow, much better then visiting the Louvre. Had no problem with the tickets from Headout, very easy process.

Convenient service, some queuing is still required. It pays to arrive well before the booked time to be among the first of that group. The museum is too big and very confusing with little logic and cluttered works.

As I have been to Tower 10+yrs ago, and this time round is for the sake of my nephew. The guide did do the explanation to us on how the Tower are named and how how it works and functions till Level 2 and that's All. Too windy and could not find good spot for photos
