Uffizi Tour + Duomo Tour

Our guide was wonderful. Answered all of our questions , very pleasant personality and appeared knowledgeable about the Uffizi and the paintings we viewed .

Our guide was very knowledgeable and obviously enjoys sharing her knowledge of the art and artists. Much more insight that I would have gotten just reading the plaques by each piece of art.

We had a nice frendly informative guide, and got to skip the queue. However althugh there was no queue we seemed to wait 15 mins before being allowed into the museum which of course shortened our time wht the guide inside

The guides Martha and Mateo were excellent. Unfortunately one person with disabilities made one of the tour's difficult and slowed down the tour as the tour guide had to push the wheelchair. But we understand that accommodations often need to be made.

Everything went very smoothly and Emmanuele was a very informative and entertaining guide. It was good to be taken efficiently through the gallery to see the highlights.

I'm ok with most of this booking. I did not receive information of where to meet for the David part! I asked our guide for the first tour she was not at all helpful, she also give us incorrect information on how to exit the museum. This was concerning as my brother is paralyzed on his right side, we walked around for over 30 minutes trying to find an elevator and exit! Thank-you

Ticket process was clear and easy. Guides were excellent. Check in process at Uffizi with representative was very efficient, but it was not a clear process or same level of service at Accademie.

Antonio, our guide on the tour to the Academy, managed a pleasant, enjoyable and very attentive visit. He kept to the established schedule. Patricia, our guide on the Uffizi Gallery Tour, did not meet the schedule, arrived late and finished early because she had another tour. She did her job but nothing more.

Sara was great in her explanation at the Uffizi Gallery, you can see her passion for art and she transmits it permanently in her story, it was a very good experience.

The guide was really nice, but the reason i gave only "good" is because it was too crowded. Maybe you can sell less tickets at once. Thanks!

The highest form of artistic expression is that which glorifies God. Our guide was sarcastic and cynical about the religious aspects of the art on display.

Our guide was extraordinary. She explained the art and the history of the Uffizi Gallery masterfully and the whole tour was engaging. The ticketing was great. However, it would have been great if a picture of a map with the meeting point highlighted was added in the app as we found the data connection slow in Florence.

The guide was excellent. The tour was well taken extract from the vast whole. The amount of people in the museum was a bit too much and weakened the ability to see and listen.

The tour and Carmen's knowledge were fantastic. We walked through the gallery knowing what we were seeing. She knew what she was talking about and we found her to be very good because she knew her craft.

The guide for Uffizi was excellent. Great knowledge and handled the crowds well. Accademia was really only about David and the guide could have had more insight

Meeting point was easy to find. Everything was well organized. Our guide Ilaria took us on a tour of the Uffizi Gallery. She was very goal-oriented and got to the heart of the matter. Highly recommended. The tour through the Galleria del Accademia was guided by a very bright narrator called Monica. It was very informative and she answered our questions. Thank you very much for this unforgettable experience.

It was good to skip the queue and also tour late in the day to avoid the worst of the crowds. Our guide Laura was very friendly, passionate and knowledgeable. The best bits were when she was describing different aspects of the artwork and artists - I understood so much more than when I visited the Uffizi thirty years ago! Maybe a smidge too much history about the Medicis and background of the Uffizi before we got to look at the art, but perhaps that's because I was keen to get to the art!

Our guide was very knowledgeable and moved us through the Uffizi Gallery like a pro. We got close up views of the best artwork with explanations that were very entertaining and helpful.

David was extremely knowledgeable and shared his knowledge with enthusiasm, clarity and humor. The tour went by so quickly because he was so interesting in telling us all kinds of things about the paintings, the artists, the Medici family and other tidbits that really brought the Uffizzi Gallery to life. I can't wait to use David to explore some of Florence's other treasures!
