I had reserved tickets on my cell phone, I had to queue as if I had to make them again, because no one told us that with the reserved tickets we could skip the queue and show up at the entrance directly without going through the ticket office. 20 minutes of unnecessary queuing. Otherwise,beautiful.

Actually it was alright, no issues. Basically I marked alright because there were a lot of negative feedback an they scared me. An ticket was not to place I was looking for, but it was working for place I ordered, so fine enought.

Wanted to see the Holbein, Caravaggio, and El Greco paintings. Saw them and was enthralled. Wasn't made very clear at entrance where you should go with the pre-booked ticket, but still got in quite quickly. Staff really friendly and helpful.

We were early so not crowded. Only negative: The person at the ticket counter didn't tell the people waiting in line there for some time, that that line was only for buying tickets.

We really enjoyed the painting of the acacia thorns. An amazing piece of work! and the Tolkien exhibit was excellent.

Beautiful paintings, beautiful exhibitions. My daughter and I are not connoisseurs but we really enjoyed it.

So glad I made the trek. Not too busy end of the day on a Sunday. Outstanding collection. It was a great way to end my last evening in Italy. Lovely walk through the park too and staff showed me how to catch the Metro home,

It was a wonderful collection and there was ample time and space for viewing. Your docents are extremely helpful and I was sincerely impressed. I look forward to my next outing with you in a week at the BORGHESE GALLERIA!

Everything was easy and straight forward. We spend several hours in the gallery and had a very nice lunch in the garden restaurant. A beautiful museum with a great selection of art. I would prefer it to all the other places where you spend hours in a queue or trying to survive the heat in Rom.

Este un obiectiv splendid. Arhitectura palatului, tavanele pictate din salile de expunere, operele de arta semnate de pictori si sculptori celebri, totul este minunat ! Nu in ultimul rand, personalul galeriilor foarte amabil. A fost o vizita incantatoare !

The admission price was fair, beautiful art, easy to navigate.

Palazzo Barberini is definitely worth visiting both for its architecture and for the works on display.

Easy to use but most of all we loved the Gallery.

Great museum and collection,entering without problem,enjoy almost 3 hours inside,eat lunch,have some drinks 😃
