Tickets to Villa d’Este

We really enjoyed the garden and the many fountains. We're glad we planned this day on our own (train + bus) rather than via an agency. This way, we were able to enjoy the day more cheaply and with no time limit.

The gardens were magnificent with the many water falls, fountains and pools. Also the playing of the water powered organ is a must see! No problems with getting tickets!

Tivoli's Villa D'Este was just amazing! My daughter and I decided to go to Tivoli the evening before we went. I was looking for something outside of Rome (but not too far) that would not cost too much or require a tour guide. This fit those requirements and so much more. Tivoli itself is a beautiful town surrounded by hills and greenery. The inside of the Villa D'Este was beautiful with rich history (that we only partly took in by reading the signage). If I were to do it again, I would have done the audio tour. The outside, however, was simply amazing! The fountains, sculptures, and overall design just kept surprising me in the best ways. It was delightful! I would highly recommend going to Tivoli and the Villa D'Este if you are visiting Rome!

The grounds and history are amazing. Unfortunately, the fountains were not operating, so that was disappointing. They were selling tickets there for a reduced price (12.50) but we had already paid full price and were unable to cancel them by the time we found out.

Experience..unique and unforgettable...The beauty and nature of the Villa are of absolute value..We will return..Vessio family...

Headout made finding, buying, and using the tickets very easy. We have not been together to explore the villa and gardens for over 10 years and it was as fabulous as we remember.

Ticketing experience was easy as I ordered them ahead of time. However we didn't realize we could skip the line until waiting in like for a few minutes. The place was beautiful and easy to navigate!

The sites were very ompressive our guide Antonio provided very helpful historical context. He was also able to distinguish original structure from repairs done later. He was also a very safe driver, important in Italy. An excellent day seeing Hadrian's Villa, the Rste villa and Tivoli gardens fountains and grounds.

The access to the tickets was, als always, very easy and the Villa is a hidden gem! What a splendid view down the balcony, strolling through the garden with all the fountains was so impressive!

Part of the garden was closed to visitors due to movie filming and this without prior message. We claim for at least partial refund as compensation.

It's a beautiful estate and interesting place. It would have been nice to have more detailed info,even a self guided tour to tell about the people and the history. Like renting a hand held device. The only option was to leave an id such as drivers license or passport. American tourists are not willing to do that.lots of crime done to tourists no way are we parting with an IF.

Such an amazing place to visit! Great welcome as well. Why not run a small cafe and snacks room, rather than bad food dispensers? Just an idea. Thank you

Easy to change the tickets in Villa d'Este: the villa is beautiful and Tivoli also (the staff of Villa d'Este were very kind)

I've never used Headout. It worked great except that I had trouble finding the tickets in the email, but fortunately the person who checked us in at the garden knew English and told us to scroll down to the bottom to find the pdf. The Garden at Villa d' Este was absolutely magical! Tip for tourist arriving by car: avoid traveling through the tiny roads of Tivoli. There is a regular road that goes directly to the location. Siri misguided us - shorter distance is not always better. Also, we recommend renting a tiny car if possible.

There was so much to cover and the place is beautiful. I got tired and the heat did not help but I would recommend this place to others.

The visit to Villa de este was an unbelievable experience. It truly was one of our favorite places to see on our trip to Italy.

Totally loved it - to get in pretty simple - bathroom and coffe souvenir shop clean - really enjoyed all the layout of this beautiful place

Easy to book on line. Gardens easy to negotiate and spectacular lay out. Villa rooms well displayed with good information boards in English as well as Italian.We are physically fit but could be a problem for those with mobility issues.

No problem even though the reservation was not essential as there was no queue. Difficulty when registering to enter the telephone number (area code problem)

Customer service contacted me about booking time conflict in a timely manner, and offered two scheduling options to resolve. I chose the first option, and was pleased with l later time. Thank you.
