From Interlaken: Round-Trip Tickets to Jungfraujoch Top of Europe

Everything is quite good but the only little things that you should let us know about Tranfer to Gondola at Terminal station. It's wasting my time too much.

I appreciated the organization, very good means of transportation and precise connections. Once arrived very valid route and super facilities.

It was a wonderful trip to the top of the Junfrau. Once at the top, the view is breathtaking. There is also the ice palace of the glacier, etc. It was a trip to recommend. An absolute must if you are in the area.

Ease of reserving the tickets and the fair cost. E-mail communication was good and provided valuable information, although not all inclusive and confusing at times. 2 disappointing occurances were: 1. my wife and I missed the gondola ride up to Jungfraujoch via the Eiger Express due to miscommunication as to the exact location of where to catch the Express. Ended up taking the train ride up to Jungfraujoch. 2. I inquired several times via "chat" as to whether my tickets included half fare cards since the term "2 Swiss Half Fare card" was clearly indicated in the e-mails and in the app. Since communication was not clear via "chat," I purchased 2 half fare cards at the train station. So not sure whether I really paid twice for half fare cards.

This was a smooth transaction, I thought I was being scammed at first, but headout provided all the feedback needed to make us feel comfortable with the ticket purchase. Always provided adequate replies to emails. Very Respectfully Matthew A. Jackson

The experience was indescribable. Only with the ticket there were problems that caused over an hour delay. With the ticket I did not get a QR code. I waited in vain for help via WhatsApp. The live chat did bring a QR code. But it was not valid. With a lot of patience and friendly, helpful staff on site, it worked. A partial refund would be justified for this.

There were lots of people lining up at the train station ticket offices . With this e ticket, I could save the trouble and hop on the train directly. It would be better if the confirmation had specified that the QR codes were the valid tickets for train, Eiger Express and the tram. We were a bit nervous when being checked the tickets a few times at the gates. Overall, it was an awesome trip!

The overall experience was good. I thought the instructions for getting there were really vague, without any detail with what you are supposed to do. I had to ask at the train station at Interlacken how do I actually get there and what are the instructions. It would have been nice to have much more detail about the experience and how you actually do it.

The Jungfrau experience is quite unique. The views are unparalleled. The train through the Lauterbruten Valley was lovely. And the Eiger Express Gondola was fun. I would suggest providing more specifics on the logistics: 1. Train from Interlocken to Grindelwald Terminal (NOT Grindeleald). You have a ticket for a specific train departure time. 2. Eiger-Express Gondola takes you to the Eigergletscher (Eiger Glacier). The gondola runs continuously. 3. Next you board the Jungfrau Railway. Buying from Headout gives you a reserved seat on this train, so be sure to get in the correct line. We were able to pass by many people waiting to buy tickets. You have 2 hours up at the Jungfrau, which is plenty of time. You have a reserved seat on the Jungfrau Railway train that leaves 2 hours after you arrived. Eiger Express tricable car from Grindelwald Terminal to the Eigergletscher and from there continue to Europe's highest railway station on the Jungfrau Railway.

The ticket does not indicate the route being taken on it, so it is confusing which train to take from Interlaken Ost if there happen to be 2 trains going by the two different routes up the mountain. The ticket selling office at the station can provide you with a schedule of stops and times on the route if you are willing to stand in the ticket line. Also, although the paperwork said that my seats were reserved, the passes only worked for the non-reserved lines at the stations. Fortunately we went up eArly in the morning (I'd recommend doing this) and there were fewer people than when we came down. Since our seats weren't reserved anyway, we got off in Grindelwald on the way down, had lunch in town did a little hiking and took a later train back to the station. Unless you plan to eat at the top of the mountain or the play zone is open and you have children, 2 hours at the top is enough time.

Really enjoyed the experience, although was not aware it was not a group , therefore travelling alone some clearer guidance on which mode of transport to take from which station. I was booked on the the express gondolar from Grinlewaldbut found myself on the train all the way up to Jungfraujoch. Worked out ok for the return trip. Unfortunately weather closed in a little. Would love to repeat the trip on a clear day and spend longer. Overall a recommended trip.

Bei der SBB konnte der Computer das QR Code, das Sie geschickt hatten nicht ablesen! Deswegen mussten wir bei der Seite "Nicht reserviert" einsteigen!

Tutto bene. Nessun problema. Tutto ha funzionato anche se ho ripreso lacabinovia dopo 3 ore anziché 2 : nessuna fila da fare.

Wonderfull nature, everything in white snow in the middle of the hot summer. Services on the top, shops, restaurants, ice palace, amusement. And at first, the really unbelievably secure service of Swiss trains that operate absolutely perfectly. A real experience to be there!

We loved the whole experience of going to the top of the Europe. Loved the cable car and train ride. Best decision.
