The location was somewhat difficult to track.
Even when that was sorted had to wait for cab to come and it came at a very shady area in the airport and was dirty. It had flys inside.

Clean cabs, clear instructions, responds asap to Whatsapp messages. I totally recommend them. Istanbul city has a lot of traffic to schedule your cab timing(if you need picked up from.hotel) accordingly

Instructions were clear, we met the representative from Havalines outside the terminal building, who summoned our taxi which arrived in 10 minutes and was a large, comfortable van.

Detailed description of how to find the pick up point including pictures, didn't wait long for vehicle to arrive and return pick up was on time.
Both vehicles clean and of a good standard in fact the vehicle and driver on the way back made us feel like we were in the vip lounge !! 😀
