This is my second experiance booked with headup. Even the Warner Bros tickets I get a bit delayed due to internal issues but they inform us earlier and luckily we got the ticket prior to the booked date. We had combo tickets of Ferrari World and sea world. In our ticket time was mentioned 11am to 8 pm . We finished our Ferrari World till 4.30 and head towards sea world. But we didn't get entry at sea world because we were told that it is closing at 5 pm because of ramdan. This timing must be informed to us by u but it was not happen. Our sea world ticket completed wasted.

The park is beautiful and with this platform bought at the lowest price around. For small children actually the rides are not many but by entering the height on the site it shows the ones available, also there is to consider that until there 3 years old they do not pay and rightly you can not have demands. The shows are beautiful and the location is WOW🤩. To remember pants and long-sleeved shirt the air conditioning is strong.

Rides were good with something for all age groups. Mall voucher was available in this booking. There were ample restaurants available with variety of foods. We visited the 2nd attraction on the 6th day after first activation but were told the tickets weren't valid and had expired the day before. We were told that the day of activation counts as day 1. This wasn't clear to us in your t & c's.

According to the shuttle timetable provided with my confirmed ticket, the bus was supposed to depart from Sheraton Hotel at 11:00 AM. I arrived at the Sheraton Hotel by 10:30 AM, only to be informed that the bus actually departs from the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel at 11:00 AM. I rushed to DoubleTree by 11:00 AM with my 1.5-year-old infant, only to be told that the bus had already left at 9:30 AM. This situation caused me significant stress, physical strain, and inconvenience, especially as I was traveling with a young child. I also attempted to contact both the Yas Island helpline and the head office for assistance, but I received no support or resolution. This level of service is unacceptable, and I expect the following: A thorough explanation for the miscommunication in the shuttle timetable. Compensation for the inconvenience, time wasted, and the physical strain caused by this ordeal. Assurance that this issue will be addressed to prevent it from happening to other customers in the future. My booking ID is 22403326, and I would appreciate a prompt response to this matter.

It was awesome.we enjoyed a lot worth spending money. Price was little higher because of Eid holidays but thanks Headout we got discount of around 100 AED. Outside food not allowed and cost of food inside is very high which is the only thing disappointed. Otherwise all rides and place are like we are in WB movies.

Warner bros was nice indooor theme park Good for family I believe better for a younger audience. Green latern was probably the best ride . Been florid and LA theme not as food as them but worth a family visit. Food burger and fries felt price were expensive especially if going for family it could cost up to 100 pound sterling not sure is worth it. Combined with the bonus ticket for the palace was at great price the Palace is must visit . Ensure for the females shoulders and legs are covered as is policy and respect.

I loved the mosque and the theme parks a lot. The rides in each of the theme parks made me feel adventurous and excited. In Warner Bros (WB) I loved the Gotham City the most because it had extremely fun rides that made me want to go on the ride two times instead of one. The mosque had beaming lights of blue at night. When you go inside it feels as if your in a wondrous castle full of shining chandeliers.
