A great experience to ride up in the lift with a view outside, then, stepping out of the lift to see the hotels you thought were skyscrapers looking rather small below. Great view down the "alley" of hotels in the Financial Centre and the Burj Khalifa and Lake.

I think it was a very empty event. They do not allow you to take a photo with your phone after the slide. The sliding process is very little and there is 1 right. The glass floor is nice but I found it insufficient. It should be more interesting. There are tall buildings everywhere. It should show its difference.

It was almost perfect, but the automated photos from the slide were much worse than the other picturrs we took and not even available with a discount. (Like in other locations) The security interrupted the video recording by forcefully touching the stop button on my daughters phone. She is just a kid doing a video blog, not any professional photographer. I regret having purchased the pictures afterwards and I will likely put another one in the frame.

It wasn't worth it . Just to much advertisement, the ticket agent Headout they are a bunch of liars they tell you you can cancel within certain periods of time but once you finalize your payment you will get a message you can't cancel this ticket. The other thing you need to give training for your employees what customer service means without customer you're nothing, I will post this & other experience on social media people to learn from my experience.

I had an amazing time at the Sky Views Observatory in Dubai. The views from the top were absolutely stunning — you get a perfect look at the Burj Khalifa and the whole city skyline. The glass slide was short but super fun, and the Edge Walk was an adrenaline rush I’ll never forget! The staff were friendly and professional, and everything felt very safe and well-organized. I would highly recommend visiting, especially around sunset — the view is breathtaking. Definitely one of the highlights of my trip to Dubai!

The views from the very top of the tower are beautiful and you are very impressed by such beautiful views. You see the whole of Dubai as if on the palm of your hand, this is an unforgettable experience that I recommend to everyone who visits the Sky Observatory to experience.

It was a wonderful experience at the Sky View Observatory and Glass slide. The only downside of our whole experience is the restaurant's capacity - lack of tables/chairs to accomodate the guests. The servers are all good/well-mannered - keep it up.

Dubai Sky Views offers a unique and thrilling experience with a few highlights and some areas for improvement. Here's my detailed review: View: The views are absolutely fantastic, showcasing the iconic Dubai skyline in all its glory. It’s undoubtedly the highlight of the visit, providing breathtaking sights that are worth capturing. Glass Walk: The Glass Walk is an exciting feature, and I truly appreciate the concept. It creates a sense of thrill and adventure, making it a memorable part of the experience. Glass Slide: Unfortunately, the Glass Slide was disappointing. Visitors are rushed through the activity to accommodate the long queues, leaving little time to enjoy the experience or take in the scenic beauty while sliding. Additionally, the hustle means there’s no opportunity to click personal photographs or videos of the moment. The current setup makes the Glass Slide feel more like a task to complete than an enjoyable activity. Allocating 30-minute slots seems pointless if the focus is purely on rushing people through. It would make more sense to include the slide as part of the entry ticket without an additional premium. Photographs: Adding value to the experience could involve including at least one photograph or video of the slide in the package, especially if a premium charge is being applied. This would enhance the overall satisfaction and make the pricing feel more justified. Cafetaria: Nice place to sit and experience the ambience. Could have more options for the Vegan and Vegetarians. Overall Experience: Dubai Sky Views is a nice experience and worth visiting once. However, the rates do not align with the overall value provided. Price Suggestions: To ensure fair value, here are my recommendations for pricing: Just the Glass Walk: AED 60 Glass Walk with Slide: AED 80 Glass Walk with Slide + 1 Photograph and 1 Video: AED 100 While the experience is unique, adjusting the pricing and improving the slide experience would make it much more appealing to visitors.

We were denied entry at the venue because the ticket was issued for a particular time. I had not selected any time slot, but it seems the app auto selected. The app then refused to pay the money back because it's not their policy. If you are issuing a ticket which mentions valid for all prime and non prime slots, it absolutely does makes sense to auto select any time slot. Very disappointed with it!

We had an absolutely incredible tour in Dubai with our guide, Haider Ali Khan Arab Ali, and our driver. From start to finish, the experience was top notch. Haider’s knowledge of the city, its culture, and hidden gems made every moment exciting and informative. A good view of Bur Kalifa! It's worth a visit to take pictures of him and yourself. The slide itself isn't very exciting, you hardly feel anything, except of course for some people who are afraid of heights and enclosed spaces, but I can assure you that it's very peaceful. It's worth it for the photo and not so much for the thrill. Tip: the walkway opposite Bur Kalifa is emptier for taking photos or videos. We went at night to get a night view, since we had climbed the Burj during the day. I believe that during the day the photos are better, but at night you can enjoy the view of the water show.

When booking any tickets for Dubai, and in case if you need to reschedule the bookings, never reach out to Headout support team, rather reach the venue and ask the manager there to reschedule the event, most of the time they will do it with a smile but if you try to reach out to the support team of headout, they will simply say it is out of their control. We had Edge walk bookings and Dubai was reeling under intense rains that morning, we tried reaching out to Headout support execs to reschedule the edge walk but all in vain. Finally we reached to the venue and the manager there helped us reschudle it at our own time and date. Happy Touring!

Do not book with Headout. I booked tickets through Headout to visit Skyview in Dubai. Unfortunately I accidentally picked the wrong date (booking date) for 3 of the tickets, and 1 was with the correct date. Upon visiting Skyview and realising this, I contacted Headout. Customer Service at Skyview said they only needed headout to amend the date, so they can allow us through. I started a chat with Headout at 3:30, I relayed this information and advised we needed it to be sorted before 3:45 as that was our entrance time. They refused to amend the booking time and to give us a refund despite the circumstances. I had to pay for all the tickets again. They also took forever to respond to me and within that time, I got transferred to 3 different people. By 8pm that night, i spoke with a manager, and it still wasn’t sorted out. 2 days later, they offered 50% headout credit. Then came another issue. They gave me less than the 50% credit. I emailed twice asking to be paid the outstanding sum and was ignored. So I decided to open a chat today and spoke with Palak Pipalia. She confirmed that HEADOUT charge the amount shown in local currency only, and are not liable for any conversation rates or fees. Contrary to this, she confirmed that the credit has now been applied in USD. I advised that the sum I paid was in AED, Therefore the credit needs to be applied in AED or AUD, as I am from Australia. Currently, I have been paid 95$ less and she refused to rectify this and maintains that they’ve paid me more than they should have. They don’t care about you, they’ll rob your money and your experience. You’re better off booking through the actual company than this joke of a third party.
