Harder Kulm Round-Trip Funicular Tickets

It was hassle-free to obtain the tickets online. No issues as well with the entrance to the venue and scanning the tickets. However, when we arrived to board, we were not informed that there were no seats available anymore as then my elderly mom had to stand the whole funicular ride. We could have waited for the next trip.

The process of getting the tickets was easy and straight forward. But having to wait 1.5 hours to get on train coming down was an overall experience killer.

Tickets were easy to purchase online. The ride up to the top was better, as it was crowded on the way down. Weather wasn't the best the day of our trip but we still enjoyed the ease of getting to see Interlaken from Harder Kulm.

The mountain is great,the funicular is awesome engineering and the team are friendly...but the organisation is awful. Queuing doesn't exist, so everyone just pushes in. A tip I didn't realise until too late though is it's far quicker to buy tickets at the railway. There's a queue for existing ticket holders and a queue to buy. Nearly everyone had bought online so anyone buying at the train jumped past everyone else, saving at least 30 minutes queuing time.

The online ticketing experience was excellent - easy to use and quick to receive the tickets. As for the actual visit, Harder Kulm is a great visit. The access is easy. We parked our car at the Interlaken Ost train station parking and walked the less than 10 minutes to the Harder Kulm station. Even though it is low season (November 9), the funicular was pretty full both ways. The views from the top were very nice and well worth the trips and the small cost.

I loved the ride up, enjoyed hiking and seeing all the views from different view points and even enjoyed a nice lunch up there. It was a beautiful day!

Pre-purchase of the tickets up to Harder Kulm made things super easy. We hopped on the funicular and it was a lovely ride to the top.

Es war heiss und der Bahn war packt voll. Als kleine Person konnte ich der Aussicht auf dem Weg nach nicht richtig genießen. Ich habe nur Köpfe gesehen. Aber als wir dann oben sind war Atem beraubende Panorama Blick. Natur pur. Restaurant war auch sehr gut.

The funicular ride up and down was great (but very stuffy air in the train and very crowded/crowded). Online booking simple and straightforward The description of parking was not good. A supposedly public parking about 10 minutes walk from the train, was then advertised only for guests of the beach pool.... :-( There would have to be more specific information for parking near the train station.

Good experience, we were confused as at Harder Kulm it was written that we need to print the ticket but we used the QR code on our phone which worked easily and we skipped like one hour waiting

Gemäss meinen Erfahrungen als Touristin in Europa, finde ich es unangebracht bei einem Online Ticket noch Bearbeitungsgebühren zu bezahlen. Ich finde, dass geht in Richtung Abzocke.

It was so easy to purchase the tickets online and then didn't have to wait in line! The ride up was beautiful and the views from the top were incredible! Such an amazing experience!

activity and view was awesome. Ticket online ordering was great. No issues found and easy to buy online. just buy it online than you have a advantage of not waiting in line to buy it on the register at location.Line can be very long. only issue is that when returning back the line to follow to the cable car is very long on busy days. i had to wait almost 45 minutes before entering in the cable car to haed back.

Buying our tickets online was so easy and made boarding the training faster and easier. Everything about this trip was fun and easy.

Loved the Funicular, breathtaking views on our trip up and down, and outstanding place to visit and get photos at the lookoiut.

The Cable Car Operator was wondeful, as were the restaurant staff. The site is gorgeous, and we would have enjoyed it regardless. Nonethless, irs nice to have a great staff helping make the experience as enjoyable as possible

The experience of ordering tickets was easy and scanning the digital tickets for entry at the bottom of the funicular worked smoothly. Scanning the digital tickets for the return trip did not work, so we needed help from a staff person. (He mentioned that was a common problem with tickets ordered on third party websites.)

Unfortunately, we couldn't attend this activity due to missing out on the booked time slot.
