We were promptly and efficiently welcomed by Katherine and the guide Luciano. Luciano was very informative and entertaining, he really brought the whole experience to life. He had a superb in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the site. The time with him flew by, we would struggle to imagine a better person to deliver this tour. Luciano provided an incredible experience touring around Herculaneum. He is an Archeologist with alot of knowledge and a great sense of humour keeping all his tourists engaged whilst educating on this history. Highly recommend a tour with Luciano!

Luciano was awesome - having an archaeologist do the tour was so much better than a tour guide. As a science guy I was glued to his every word. I did not think people fully appreciated his insight from an archaeological point of view and one of the two best tours ( both done by an archaeologist)

There was an actual archaeologist, unlike a different tour we went on through this company. Michele Lamberti was professional, informative, precise and considerate of the start/stop time. The company, Askos, was also very helpful and punctual. I would recommend them for booking.

Sara was really good .she knows her facts very well and able to communicate the facts in a way easy to listen to. We enjoyed her tour a lot. She showed us in her phone some simulation photos of what the house /place would have looked like. She always asked if we understood or not and always make us at ease to ask question if we have one.
