From Krakow: Auschwitz-Birkenau & Wieliczka Salt Mine Guided Tour

Auschwitz-Birkenau opportunity not to be missed. Well prepared guide and very informative. Provided transport from hotel excellent. Salt Mines interesting but at times a bit lengthy. Exit a bit confusing. Provided transport to hotel excellent.

The organization was good despite the change of pick-up times at the meeting point! Daniel made a great effort to keep us together 😊

I really enjoyed the excursion, they were punctual and gave advance notice of the change of schedule, via WhatsApp and email. We were able to visit two places on the same day, which was fantastic! Things to improve: we couldn't understand the guide very well, his English wasn't clear. There was no time for lunch, we had 10-minute breaks which we had to manage: between going to the toilet and/or having a snack. On the way back they dropped us off at the agreed place, but suggested several times that we could get off at a previous stop and walk back, it was raining, so we chose not to accept the suggestion. Overall, we were happy with our choice, there were no major problems, only aspects to improve. The tour was great.

The visit of such an important historical place is worth it and the salt mine is spectacular and I recommend it 100%. The departure at 5:20am with no option to have breakfast on the way was a bad experience. The entrance to Auswitchz was very messy with only two people at the entrance. They should improve for the amount of visitors.

Renata was our fantastic chaffeur to and from Krakow and made every effort to get is there safely and on time. Entrance lines were seemless. One recommendation is that the driver for the Salt Mine excursion (different to Renata), collects people from the actual exit of the Salt Mine and folks are not expected to find the parking lot (which is very confusing). Otherwise an awesome day spent, thank you!

Guides in both locations were excellent, especially the last ar Auschwitz-Birkenau, who got the tone just right

We were supposed to go to Auschwitz and Wieliczka, but due to some issues on the organizer side, we only visited Auschwitz. We were promised a partial refund, but upon further questions when will it be processed, we haven't gotten any answers. The Auschwitz tour guide,Jakub iirc, was very knowledgeable and nice though!

At birkenau we barely had time to get in, a brief explanation, and out we went. Twenty minutes, even less, compared to the one hour wait. The bus came by an hour earlier than expected precisely to avoid standing in line, which was an hour and a half in the cold on site anyway. However, Daniel was supportive.

Comfortable transportation, organized guides, all in time. If you have little time, ideal to see two of the best excursions on the same day.

Tour was fine but for 11h we had very few breaks and no break at least 1h for food. We starved there. :(

All was on time and tour guide Mr Martine explained everything to us and was very helpful.
