Auschwitz-Birkenau Guided Tour with Hotel Transfers from Krakow Center

The transfer both to and from Auschwitz were quick, efficient and on time. The driver was very helpful and communicated everything well also. The actual tour was outstanding and the tour guide was very helpful.

Despite a very knowledgeable and interesting guide, we found a definite lack of tact when it came to warnings for slower walkers, and a lack of consideration for those who had paid for their tickets, because in doing so we were contributing to the upkeep and our duty to remember. So, on the whole, we didn't feel what we'd expected. Indeed, the program you have announced is, in the final analysis, very rushed. We could have done with a good half-hour or an hour more, so that we didn't have to run around all over the place to really get to grips with the history of the place. Add to this a strong wind and abundant rain (for which you are in no way responsible), and the tour ended on a mixed note.

The pickup was fantastic, the driver messaged in advance with his name, the van type and how far away he was. Everything was clear and concise so I always understood where to be/when in the event we split up etc. The actual auschwitz tour was incredible. However, please pay attention to the other reviews. I read them and saw many people saying they got dropped off at a central krakow location rather than their hotel, and that is the case. They did not drop back to our hotels but just dumped us in the city centre.

Everything was perfectly organised. They picked up us from the hotel and also the italian guide was really good. Thank you very much for this experience.

The pickup spot was changed because of traffic regulations, even though the spot we had picked had been offered in a selection on the website. The new spot was fine, we were just confused as to why the spot that we had chosen was even offered on the website if it wasn't suitable. The tour guide was great, the journey was easy and we were on time.

The transfers let us down!!! pick up was a large coach NOT A MINI BUS - NOT FROM OUR HOTEL with pick ups on the way, the return we were dropped off 20 miniutes away from our hotel not happy.

Pick-up directly from the hotel. Polish guide, who himself was affected by the Holocaust in his family and was able to contribute personal stories. Impressive experience, away from pure numbers and statistics. Gets under your skin and remains unforgettable. Thank you!

La guide francophone était très bien. La visite est trop courte malheureusement mais il y a beaucoup de monde donc on ne peut pas trop traîner. Tout est bien organisé.

The organization from the office was shocking Conflicting times of pick up. Initially told 9:15am, changed to 10:15am. Waited an hour for collection. No direction once arrived at venue. Confusion on which party we belonged to. In our opinion our group was annexed to another. Result was a very large unwieldy group. Not the intimate small tour we were hoping for, as was experienced by friends. Saved only by the excellent guide who took us round. No coordination with change of venue. In conclusion, Group was too large so time wasted with many pick up points which resulted in late arrival at venue so we missed our time slot. Would not recommend your company for this trip.

:We didn't realise we were not being picked up at our hotel. :Driver was grumpy : we had no time to eat in cafe and was rushed to get back on bus, where a coffee break would have been appreciated or informed to take a packed lunch and allowed to eat on bus between camps. :Had difficulty in hearing our guide, audio guide would have been useful.

The tour itself was excellent, the guide very knowledgeable however there were several attempts to change the start time even though booked months in advance, then the time was changed the previous day with no negotiation causing us to miss another trip!

The driver was very good and attentive and made sure the group always knew what they were going and really looked after the group. The guide was really good too.

It was peronsal for the guide (Robert). He may not have been a historian, but it was near and dear to his heart and you felt that.
