The cashback feature is a good strategy for keeping the users coming back to buy tickets from headout. Further discounts and promotions would definitely create the buzz for the site. Good UI/UX of the webpage.
I enjoyed the experience very much. My only concern is that we had tickets scheduled for 11am on Thursday and arrived at 10:30am (as stated on the tickets) to learn from the management that the wheel would not be running until after 1pm that day due to technical issues. Certainly, I understand safety is a top priority, and delays are understandable. However, at the very minimum I would have expected an email or an SMS communicating information about the delay and what options were available for ticket holders. Fortunately, my guest and I were able to wait and enjoy the experience, but we were rushed to then meet our other booking for the Museum of the Future. Again, I certainly understand delays and safety must be a top priority, but notifying ticket holders would be a great benefit!

We were a group of seven, one of us wheelchair bound. Staff were very helpful to help her board. View from up there was awesome. Place and surrounding area were very clean. Restaurant in area good as well. We all thought that having that private airline doing paragliding so near the wheel was a bit dangerous for all. On same night we stayed in the area and also took a boat ride in creek, view of EIN DUBAI was beautiful at night too.

Sun Dubai was off the chart fantastic. My only comment is that there doesn't appear to be a system to get riders into cabs at the slotted time they have on their ticket, especially me, who paid a premium to ride during sunset. In order to get in on time we had to be "pushy" and more aggressive than I would have liked.
