I enjoyed the experience very much. My only concern is that we had tickets scheduled for 11am on Thursday and arrived at 10:30am (as stated on the tickets) to learn from the management that the wheel would not be running until after 1pm that day due to technical issues. Certainly, I understand safety is a top priority, and delays are understandable. However, at the very minimum I would have expected an email or an SMS communicating information about the delay and what options were available for ticket holders. Fortunately, my guest and I were able to wait and enjoy the experience, but we were rushed to then meet our other booking for the Museum of the Future. Again, I certainly understand delays and safety must be a top priority, but notifying ticket holders would be a great benefit!

We were a group of seven, one of us wheelchair bound. Staff were very helpful to help her board. View from up there was awesome. Place and surrounding area were very clean. Restaurant in area good as well. We all thought that having that private airline doing paragliding so near the wheel was a bit dangerous for all. On same night we stayed in the area and also took a boat ride in creek, view of EIN DUBAI was beautiful at night too.

Sun Dubai was off the chart fantastic. My only comment is that there doesn't appear to be a system to get riders into cabs at the slotted time they have on their ticket, especially me, who paid a premium to ride during sunset. In order to get in on time we had to be "pushy" and more aggressive than I would have liked.

It was probably a lean day , with no lines . So we comfortably sailed in and got up the wheel in a jiffy and had a swell time entering our daughter who came visiting from Aistrslia. The professional photographers did a marvellous job of taking memorable pictures which we bought.

Instead of 40 minute time, they completed in 26 minutes, so not happy, it should be two rounds in 40 minutes, not one round in 25 minutes, the cost is high for 25 minutes.

Overall i enjoyed the ride. It is a bit of a walk from the tram but it is a pleasant walk all the same. The worst thing was that dreadful music you kept playing througout the flight. I hate rap music so perhaps i'm being biased but it was patronising - as if we're all supposed to go 'yeah, this is great man'. It's probably me being old but it would have been much better to either have no music at all or have some light music interspersed with commentary about the wheel and the views. I though it was a bit pricey as well.

For me the trip was not as safe as expected for this price. No one controlling vaccination or PCR status. No staff into the cabinets. After the trip started, all passenger removed their masks. For me is this point not satisfying at all. Too much people without masks into a relatively small capsule. Not to recommend at all under this circumstances

Such an incredible view!!! Amazing pictures. We went in the evening and the city lights were spectacular! We could see pretty much all of The Palm as well. Sanitizer was readily available and staff were cleaning the pods between use. This is a must do while visiting Dubai!

When you buy the ticket it is not clear that the drinks are not while you are in the capsule or the cabin of Dubai eye, that you have to get it when you go down after the ride. When literally 3 staff asks you to double check the ticket that has beverages like if you would lie to them! Bad experience.

It was a great experience in most ways. But yesterday I asked about the tickets to the Wild Wadi, to see if the name on all 6 tickets (Nicola Ward) meant that Nicola had to be one of thoes going or if our family with the tickets could enter without her - and the person on live chat was not sure and said they would email back but I have yet to hear. Can you tell me?

First:I think the arrival is somewaht disorganized. There is no clear indication of an information desk at the entrace prior to queing and security. So if you're an old man like me it is confusing. Second: After we managed to get to the lounge and sit down for a drink while waiting for the time to board, there was no announcement that there was a technical problem and there will be a delay for boarding! We only found out when we went back to queu outside the lounge. Third: The Gondola we ended up in had 17 adults and a child. The screen in the Gondola kept repeating the necessity of social distancing which of course was not possible with so many people cramped in!

We only saw part of Dubai skyline (no view of Burj Khalifa, Palm Jumeirah and Burj Arab). Also at the entrance, the support staff told us that photos being taken were free but we were asked to pay 200DH to collect them at the end of the tour. Poor experience!

The day we had booked the tickets for Ain Dubai it had some technical issues and they had asked to come next day however, one of the had to travel to Abu Dhabi due to which he couldn't attend. I have written multiple emails along with unused ticket however, didn't receive any response. Can you please refund one ticket which is of AED 130. I tried the chat support as well but no response. If this is the service than henceforth I wouldn't book anything from Headout and will also recommend others not to avail your service. The experience has been really bad so far. When we arrived we were told it had a technical problem, hence were unable to use the tickets. While we were given 7 days to use the "old ticket", this is not enough time because we are a very busy couple. Now we have to get the money reimbursed (first call back, then wait for weeks before the creditcard payment gets reversed). Second time I am trying to go to the wheel, second time there are technical problems. Shit experience

The ain dubai had technical issues, i was surprising my GF, and they made us wait from 4 to 7:30with promisses that it will work in and hour or two and the end the said its closed for the day. They wasted my time, ruined my experience and surprise. It would have been better to say it was clised for technical issues from 4 pm when i came, i could have used my time in a better way.

Hi, our experience was bad partially for reasons that are not under your control. The ride had massive delays becuase it had rained (amazing how a little bit of rain can wreak havoc in Dubai) and we were unable to attend. We requested a refund (as offered) 7 days ago and the credit is yet to appear in our credit card statement. Please help us with this. I hate to leave a bad review but unfortunately there hasn't been anything very positive with this booking.
