Over all it was really nice . The benefits were also good -Skip the line and snacks with photos was cherry on the cake. Must go. Also there was a drone show at the same time so it was even better the whole experience was amazing. Dur to new year there were shows going on as well. The whole palm jumeirah was visible from top.

We booked the Green Planet and Ain Dubai combination package through headout for the first time and were delighted. Everything worked wonderfully, as described in the insert. We were able to exchange the digital vouchers for tickets at the specified locations. After redeeming the first attraction, you have 7 days to visit the second. The Ain Dubai can be visited until 4.30 pm and then again from 8.00 pm. The sunset time is excluded from this ticket, but this is not a problem. The view is also spectacular by day or night. As everything worked out so well, we booked again via headout and were not disappointed this time either. A great experience for fair money!

great bargain, can do both attractions same day, went to Green Planet in morning, takes about 3 hours for full tour, validate your parking at the exit, took lunch in city walk, then to bluewater island, the person on ticketing counter allowed us to enter Ain Dubia at around 7:30 pm, half hour before our designated time, keep your Green planet wrist bands for validation at Ain Dubai, also parking is free, can be validated at the counter, overall a nice experience and savings to boot, highly recommended

We saved a lot with the combo ticket. The Ain Dubai was very impressive and you have a great view from there. The only disadvantage is that the combo ticket means you can't go in at peak times, i.e. only from 7:30 pm. But that wasn't a problem for us. We also really liked Green Planet and it's great for children, as there are lots of opportunities to play. It's also great that the animals run/fly around freely in the dome and that you can touch snakes.

We visited at 15. 00, there were 4 of us in one booth. We liked everything, took a lot of photos from different heights!!! On the first floor we took a general photo. When the staff came out, they offered us to print out the photo, and the electronic version to take in the app "mySnapps". Madame Tussauds was worth visiting but Ain Dubai Ferris wheel was disappointing. Expected it would go full round one time without stopping but it was other way round. Too many stops and very slow. Not worth at all. It's only an observatory deck for which we have many buildings and places to watch. Why to make a Ferris wheel and observatory deck? Not worth at all. Would not recommend to anyone and visitors and tourists please don't go to this unless they change the experience to a full Ferris wheel ride...

I came with my family 35 prio start timer (17:55). Tickets still were pending. Senior Manager of Ain Dubai told me that venue is closed for today evening (15 of november) and they already warned Headout team about it. So i wasnt been able to enter Ain. Ive asked support team how could it happen, after 45(!!!!!!) min of chatting i was told that i will get update by email, and got nothing. Only at 18:54 i finally got tickets for 18:30(!!!) appointment. So i got tickets 24 min late for venue that is closed..... so no tickets, wasted evening and crying 3y old son. Thanks headout.

I paid 3 times for the same ticket because Apple Pay said "payment declined" 3 times. But in fact I was debited 3 times and got 3 tickets while I was just booking for one. Customer service at Headout refuses to reimburse me for the 2 extra tickets they issued even though they recognised they may have encounter a sync problem with Apple Pay! Do risk it and don't use their website!!!

We were advised to collect tickets from the view at palm jumeirah, we spent 1 hour driving about finding parking, and were charged for additional very expensive parking. When we finally got to the reception desk at the palm jumeirah, they told us that we had no reason to come to them for tickets, and we could go straight to ain dubai. Despite the correspondence stating incorrectly that we HAD to collect from the view. Also it was not made clear that Ain dubai was a further 20km away from the palm. In all we wasted 1.5 hours of driving time, and had to pay over 100 dirhams for unnecessary parking

I enjoyed the experience very much. My only concern is that we had tickets scheduled for 11am on Thursday and arrived at 10:30am (as stated on the tickets) to learn from the management that the wheel would not be running until after 1pm that day due to technical issues. Certainly, I understand safety is a top priority, and delays are understandable. However, at the very minimum I would have expected an email or an SMS communicating information about the delay and what options were available for ticket holders. Fortunately, my guest and I were able to wait and enjoy the experience, but we were rushed to then meet our other booking for the Museum of the Future. Again, I certainly understand delays and safety must be a top priority, but notifying ticket holders would be a great benefit!

We were a group of seven, one of us wheelchair bound. Staff were very helpful to help her board. View from up there was awesome. Place and surrounding area were very clean. Restaurant in area good as well. We all thought that having that private airline doing paragliding so near the wheel was a bit dangerous for all. On same night we stayed in the area and also took a boat ride in creek, view of EIN DUBAI was beautiful at night too.

Sun Dubai was off the chart fantastic. My only comment is that there doesn't appear to be a system to get riders into cabs at the slotted time they have on their ticket, especially me, who paid a premium to ride during sunset. In order to get in on time we had to be "pushy" and more aggressive than I would have liked.

The day we had booked the tickets for Ain Dubai it had some technical issues and they had asked to come next day however, one of the had to travel to Abu Dhabi due to which he couldn't attend. I have written multiple emails along with unused ticket however, didn't receive any response. Can you please refund one ticket which is of AED 130. I tried the chat support as well but no response. If this is the service than henceforth I wouldn't book anything from Headout and will also recommend others not to avail your service. The experience has been really bad so far. When we arrived we were told it had a technical problem, hence were unable to use the tickets. While we were given 7 days to use the "old ticket", this is not enough time because we are a very busy couple. Now we have to get the money reimbursed (first call back, then wait for weeks before the creditcard payment gets reversed). Second time I am trying to go to the wheel, second time there are technical problems. Shit experience

The ain dubai had technical issues, i was surprising my GF, and they made us wait from 4 to 7:30with promisses that it will work in and hour or two and the end the said its closed for the day. They wasted my time, ruined my experience and surprise. It would have been better to say it was clised for technical issues from 4 pm when i came, i could have used my time in a better way.

Overall i enjoyed the ride. It is a bit of a walk from the tram but it is a pleasant walk all the same. The worst thing was that dreadful music you kept playing througout the flight. I hate rap music so perhaps i'm being biased but it was patronising - as if we're all supposed to go 'yeah, this is great man'. It's probably me being old but it would have been much better to either have no music at all or have some light music interspersed with commentary about the wheel and the views. I though it was a bit pricey as well.

First:I think the arrival is somewaht disorganized. There is no clear indication of an information desk at the entrace prior to queing and security. So if you're an old man like me it is confusing. Second: After we managed to get to the lounge and sit down for a drink while waiting for the time to board, there was no announcement that there was a technical problem and there will be a delay for boarding! We only found out when we went back to queu outside the lounge. Third: The Gondola we ended up in had 17 adults and a child. The screen in the Gondola kept repeating the necessity of social distancing which of course was not possible with so many people cramped in!

For me the trip was not as safe as expected for this price. No one controlling vaccination or PCR status. No staff into the cabinets. After the trip started, all passenger removed their masks. For me is this point not satisfying at all. Too much people without masks into a relatively small capsule. Not to recommend at all under this circumstances
