From Bucharest: Full Day Guided Tour to Dracula's Castle, Peleș Castle & Brașov

On the last day before the tour, my pickup point at the hotel was cancelled, and I had trouble finding the designated spot.

We found this tour really beautiful and characteristic, Vlad our guide is a fantastic person, very professional, prepared and funny. He told us everything about the castles and the city of Brasov, including some funny curious things. We're very happy and we suggest to ask for Vlad as tour guide!

We loved our trip to Bras castle, Peles Castle and Brasnov. The whole experience was very easy from beginning to end. We booked with tickets included and our lovely guide, Eugen, bought them for us when we got to the castles. He made the tour the success it was, as he was really informative, with a dry sense of humour and couldn't do enougth for any of those on his tour. I have to say that the coach was also very comfortable and the commication from Eastern European Experience first rate. I also used Headout's customer services to answer some questions and they were very helfpul.

To start, Ana, was a great guide, we learned part of the Romanian history, its places, castles, she also gave us some gastronomic tips, even on how to use public transportation, she was an excellent host during the excursion. Then about the places we have been, they have all been beautiful. For us Pele Palace was the most wonderful but in fact the whole tour is really good.

The tour is very well organised, the times to visit the castles and places are right. Ana was a very clear, knowledgeable, friendly and interesting guide. Very nice experience!

In the beginning of the day trip I was worried because my what'sapp phone number is different from one I mentioned so i got mail about meeting point but no one contacted me personally and as it turned out there are many groups heading on tour from that point. But luckily all was good and my trip was amazing, Vlad was a great guide, you can feel he has a deep knowledge about history back then because he could say some interesting facts that most people wouldn't know. The minivan was comfortable. We also had enough time for pictures which is important for me. So overall I had a good experience, thank you.

Ana, our guide, was exceptional. She taught us so much about the history and legends of the country that we visited the castles with passion. Ana is full of anecdotes and advice, and is very kind and attentive to travelers. She added a lot of charm to the beautiful places we visited.

Great experience with pick up/drop off, great selection of attractions to see. I wish the group had been a bit smaller. With so many people it was sometimes hard to keep up with or hear the guide.

We were always in a hurry. We didn't even have time to calmly buy a little take-away food for lunch - without getting yelled at.

I really enjoyed the experience and a really kindful guide. Peles castle is fantastic and I suggest to spend more time there. Bran castle, seen after peles one, looses a lot of charme (overestimated). Trip to be absolutely done and 100 % recommended but should be more tuned on peles and less on bran.

Ana was an absolutely incredible tour guide - she gave the perfect amount of information with lots of really interesting and relevant facts! She gave some fabulous recommendations for local traditional Romanian restaurants, and on top of everything was just a lovely person! We had an amazing tour that we all agreed was a highlight of our trip to Romania - can't recommend enough!

the tour itself was perfect, the guide knowledgeable and helpful, I was a little disappointed with bram's castle,I expected it to be different, more vampire themed, maybe with the story of the movie and instead the castle is bare and uninspiring

Beautiful experience, thanks to our very knowledgeable, thorough and kind guide Gabriel! Unfortunately Peles Castle is closed on both Monday and Tuesday, but the outside was wonderful!

It was a very good experience overall, the only downside we can put is that, despite being a 12 hour tour, we felt that there was little time to explore the surroundings of the palaces and little free time in Brasov with only 1h and 30 to eat and see the city. So I would recommend that you bring your own food. The sites and the guide's explanations were great!
