It's a very serene and relaxing experience. The plants are very nicely set as well, and the overall space architecture is very nice and relaxing. I wished it had more butterflies, but we played with them, they kept standing on us and hoppin on and off 🥰 some are huge too! So colorful and bright and some are so deep and warmly colored. It was overall beautiful. U can spend sometime there, and it's so enjoyable for the kids too.

Butterfly Garden is one of favorite places of my daughter so we go there regularly, as plase is pretty popular, it gets crowded at the ticket sales, buying tickets via Skip-the-Line saves you time and money. I strongly recommend

I loved the place and the butterflies. First room could be more quiet but the others were without music so it was nice and relaxing. There is only one thing I need really to complain about - before I went there I read on the website, that it's forbidden to touch the wings. Despite this I saw many kids but also adults, catching their wings :( It's sad especially when you see some butterflies with damaged wings :( Please don't let people do that..

The Miracle Garden and the Butterfly Garden are great. Lots of photo spots and close encounters with butterflies - really great. The Global Village is a classic tourist trap - countless junk stalls, fast food, etc. However, there are also some shows, which you often have to pay extra for. You can do this, but you don't have to.

It was auwsome as new experianfor kids but the price should be around 30 for adult and family group should have a propper dwal this way you will have more visitors and also you should add more activity with butter fly and life cycle should be seen there good job

This is a must visit place especially if you are from the cold places or from the region where you often don't get to see butterflies. Kids will enjoy the place very much and the butterflies here are friendly to humans i believe as we can take photos with them

The staff was exceptionally helpful and quite a few and the butterflies had free run and landed on people quite often. The space was large enough and their was little crowding and that made it easy to get pictures with out people in them. Though in large domed area there was some cooling so the heat was quite bearable. . The souvenir shop had a little something for everyone. Also they had a crafts area for kids , for an extra charge. Only bad thing was the rip off taxis outside claiming to charge by the meter. There were no meters. DO MOT GET IN ANY "TAXI" unless you see a real meter . These are thieves . I was charged 150 dirahams for less than a 7 km ride. The taxi people are ruining the good name of the butterfly garden.

There was severe standstill traffic which made it impossible to get close to the venue. We waiting for over 45mins but every access road was blocked. We would like to visit again but would like our tickets to be reimbursed or rescheduled for another date.

The Garden is, to say the least, INCREDIBLE, with even some shady spots. Given the high temperatures we went right in at 9 a.m., opening time, for a couple of hours. I got the reference id 10 minutes before I entered the security stopped me with my family 10 minutes more front the main gate waiting the response from the support team that was 1 hours before closing at 17:00 pm the security guys was soooo weird with me front of every one and that is not acceptable at all stopping Emarati family in the main gate everyone looks at us, this is the ultimate farce .. In all honesty, this is my first visit, and I promised myself that it would be my last due to the lack of cooperation and respect. Dubai is always first in the world in all its fields. With this method and poor treatment, we have never and will never rise to the world level. Unfortunately, I say this while I am in pain, and I will tell everyone, my family and friends, about what happened to me in particular. Inappropriate treatment and behavior from the security .. Shame, I swear

No staff at the Butterfly Garden bothered to explain to us what all was included in the Headout Pass! Since it is not possible for tourists (persons making the bookings) to remember or recall the inclusions of the ticket at the time of visit, it should be up to the staff to INFORM or display on some BOARD/SCREEN so that customers don't miss out on the inclusions. And that's what we realised later, after leaving the garden that my kid missed out on the cinema show, etc. Trusting Headout was our mistake, which we fret because a middle-class Indian tourist saves money for years to make a trip to an expensive place like Dubai and Headout let us down badly!

Beautiful butterflies landing on your head, shoulders, on my shoe, it was such cute little blessings. Have to be very careful when walking through. I saw a few kids trample on some butterflies and I felt so sad for the damaged and half dead butterflies. It not a place to bring little kids that don't respect the butterflies home. I was the first one in there so it's not crowded at all!
