The staff was exceptionally helpful and quite a few and the butterflies had free run and landed on people quite often. The space was large enough and their was little crowding and that made it easy to get pictures with out people in them. Though in large domed area there was some cooling so the heat was quite bearable. . The souvenir shop had a little something for everyone. Also they had a crafts area for kids , for an extra charge. Only bad thing was the rip off taxis outside claiming to charge by the meter. There were no meters. DO MOT GET IN ANY "TAXI" unless you see a real meter . These are thieves . I was charged 150 dirahams for less than a 7 km ride. The taxi people are ruining the good name of the butterfly garden.

My children liked the garden and the most interesting part was when some of the butterfly climbed on their hands. It was also amassing to know that the butterfly life cycle is maximum 7 days.

It was a cool, indoor places which made a good choice for summers and there was so much to learn for both adults and kids The most enjoyable part was letting the butterflies sit on our hands 😍

The Miracle Garden was one of the most incredible things I've ever seen, it was like being inside a fairy tale. My husband also loved the tour. It wasn't our cup of tea, but it came as a surprise and we highly recommend it!

The ticket has a validity. Not sure what that means. Headout booking asked for a date while purchasing. So I had to give some date. Later, it was final.

The Garden is, to say the least, INCREDIBLE, with even some shady spots. Given the high temperatures we went right in at 9 a.m., opening time, for a couple of hours. One of the best place we have visited on Dubai. Full information about butterflies and some big kinds which we haven't ever seen. My kids enjoyed a lot and spent enjoyable time from morning till closing time. New experience different than other places & it deserved the amount paid.

No staff at the Butterfly Garden bothered to explain to us what all was included in the Headout Pass! Since it is not possible for tourists (persons making the bookings) to remember or recall the inclusions of the ticket at the time of visit, it should be up to the staff to INFORM or display on some BOARD/SCREEN so that customers don't miss out on the inclusions. And that's what we realised later, after leaving the garden that my kid missed out on the cinema show, etc. Trusting Headout was our mistake, which we fret because a middle-class Indian tourist saves money for years to make a trip to an expensive place like Dubai and Headout let us down badly!

Beautiful butterflies landing on your head, shoulders, on my shoe, it was such cute little blessings. Have to be very careful when walking through. I saw a few kids trample on some butterflies and I felt so sad for the damaged and half dead butterflies. It not a place to bring little kids that don't respect the butterflies home. I was the first one in there so it's not crowded at all!

Nicley done and lots of butterflies. It won't take you hours to go through the three zones, so take your time in each and don't be afraid to try and have one walk onto your hand or finger. Our almost 3 year old son also enjoyed it very much.

My wife and I had a fabulous experience where we could interact directly with the butterfly's and able to take photos. Was very interesting seeing the beautiful colours and different sizes as well. Facility was quiet and very comfortable compared to the outside temperature. A wonderful experience overall.

Butterfly Garden trip was amazing along with the ease provided by Headout for booking with amazing discounts. You can always avoid the que with headout. The place was wonderful for butterfly lovers. One can find big and small butterflies with approx 5 different species. However, don't plan it as a whole day thing as one can cover it in an hour ir two max. Obviously take your kids and elderly as they are kidz too, and have fun.

comparing to other butterfly gardens this one looks old and needs to be renovated, the walkways is very small and place is very crowded, the number of butterfly is fewer than expected and they have only 2-3 types of butterflies available. 🦋 zone 4 is the best and they have blue color available and the quantity is good. Air conditioner in all zone is hot except zone 4 was okay.

All was good, pls note for future, that it will be better to tell People that if they want to visit Butterfly Garden and Miracle Garden at the same Day, they should first of all go to Butterfly Garden, cause it is smaller than Miracle Garden, and after that they should visit Miracle Garden, cause it is bigger and they can stay there till the end of the day( if they leave Miracle Garden, they can't return back with single-term Ticket).

The booking was easy. But the butterfly experience was not soo good. Overcrowded not following rules mentioned on the banners inside regarding social distancing. People above each other most of them without mask to take photo. We had to go out early because felt not safe. I spoke with the people responsible inside they said ( what can we do !!!!!! )
