Seeing the penguins. My family really enjoyed the experience - getting to see them coming out of the water and cautiously walking their way to their nest. I only WISH we were allowed to take photos/videos of the penguins. I know the flash will distract or scare them off, but atleast we should be able to record them as long as we turn the flash off. It'll be a great thing for us to reminisce and share with out loved ones.

We loved watching the penguins coming up from the Ocean back to their burrows . The most disturbing part was the lack of respect the tourists have for the Parks staff and the penguins themselves. Taking photos with flashes after being told several times to put them away. Standing up and not taking any notice of rules. I think as humans we have / are interfering too much with the Penguin habitat and should limit the nights / amount of people aloud in one area. Quite sad to watch the penguins get scared to walk back into their own territory.

I was very disappointed when I found out that "head out" is an international company Hence I was charged an extra $5.60 international transfer fee on my tickets. Had I known this I would not have purchased the tickets thro headout.

Churchill island Farm sits on a breathtaking piece of land with gorgeous views! Loved the animals and reading about the history. The Koala Conservation Reserve gave us a chance to see koalas, wallabies and an echidna up close. Just fantastic! At the Penguin Parade, we held our breath waiting for the penguins to return to their babies. We were situated in front of the device that weighs and scans the penguins upon their return to land. It was fascinating! And we also visited the Nobbies along the way. Phillip Island is a definite must see! ❤️

It's amazing to see the penguins, however we have done this a few times now and the experience is pretty much the same... The souvenir shop is expensive and there is not much in terms of affordable variety.

We particularly loved seeing the dear little penguins waddling up beside us, loaded with fish for their chicks, as we walked along the boardwalk. It was such a long way for them, but they bravely kept going, fallowing the peeping of their babies.

The whole experience ofwaiting and watching the penguins come from the ocean in their different groups and waddle up to their mating area in the bush where their burrows were was so special. There was hundreds of the penguins, so cute and such an up close experience. Even though the weather was horrendous it was so worth it.

We go at Nobbies Centre before go at Penguin Parade. It's amazing to see an echidna and many types of birds. We are so enjoying to visit Philip Island including Cape Woolami Circuit Walk (appox 3h walking) it's worthy!

Experience was great as Kids loved the food and Penguin parade along with chance to see them close. I personally liked the way you contacted via Watsapp, making the ticketing process seamless.

We liked viewing the penguins from the boardwalk. We were disappointed how commercial it was. Too many people which concerned me on how it could impact wildlife. Too many people ignoring instructions about not taking photos. Food was very expensive and couldn't even get a small snack like a chocolate bar.

The second part was fantastic, when we can observe penguins going to their burrows. For the first part I would have like to be advised to bring binoculars, we couldn't see anything.

Don't expect to see more than 100 penguins come out of the water through the entire area set up for general viewing Apparently over 1300 penguins come nhome each night but for the $32 per person charged for the night it was a very underwhelming experience

Ticketing was easy but due to school holidays very limited dates available so book in advance. Admittance started at 5:45pm and there was a lot of poeple in place by the time we got the seating area and so we chose seats in the east stand, the penguins were on time at dusk and came ito the shore in waves before staring the walk thru the dunes. AFter about 30 minutues we started walking bacj along the broadwalks and the view of the penguins in the dunes were great.

We liked to see the penguins. Very well organised and caring staff, bit of a shame they had to spend a lot of their time repeating themselves asking the same ignorant people to refrain from using their phones when the requests were quite clear.

I felt Churchhill Island was brilliant. So much to see of our history. Little disappointed with the penguins only saw 20 penguins and told no photos. A long way to travel from Brisbane. I felt the lights that were up were bright and more frightening for them. Koala ? Thank you Christina

very beautiful and exciting experience, it's a real spectacle when the penguins come out of the water! however I don't really like the fact that there are a lot of people! Many have no respect and take photographs, sometimes even with flash, of penguins. I would limit everything to a maximum limit on admissions, not the current ones, to have a greater chance of looking at the penguins peacefully and the staff's ability to control rude people who don't respect the rules.
