Phillip Island Nature Parks Penguin Parade Tickets

We booked the ticket but we did not receive the tickets on the day we booked for, and we got a bit concerned and placed a call to the helpdesk. They helped us quickly and provided the tickets. So overall the ticketing experience was good

Excellent, communication from rangers was just right. Only thing that detracted was the number of people who "had" to take photos after repeated requests and signals. Perhaps you could instruct the tour guides accordingly.

Loved that we could experience this amazing part of nature. The information provided by staff was fantastic and the centre was full of fun things for the kids.

Great spectacle but disappointing so many visitors ignored the request not to photo or video the penguins especially as they walked to their burrows

From the car park through to our seating in the stand which was great right down the front, the lady giving the pre penguin talk was great and our walk out was special seeing the penguins going to their burrows. The experience from booking tickets to the return to car park was great thank you all

It was absolutely amazing. The close proximity to the penguins was 2nd to none. Would highly recommend it 😍

I thought I'd see more penguins but unfortunately the guides had to repeatedly tell ignorant people to put their phones away which I think frightened the penguins as they kept going back into the water. I was however expecting more penguins, the night before had over 600 but they must come in after the crowds go away.

It was great to see the penguins come ashore and then to see them amongst the dunes. The team were excellent and made the experience accessible for people with a disability by having transport shuttle between the viewing platforms and the visitor centre.

Watching the penguins, adorable The most disappointing was people using phones to take photos, even after being told not to. Cameras, phones should be put in lockers until they return to the building- if people cannot live without their phones- don't come in. Welfare of animals has to be the priority!!!

After 2 angry emails someone finally got back to me. My tickets or a confirmation of my tickets didnt come through. Thankfully I went to the venue anyway and my name was registered. But had I waited for my ticket as instructed, I would've missed my experience.

My ticketing experience was ok even though I coudn't upload the app to my phone which in the end didn't hinder me or my family

Loved watching the little penguins get from the ocean up the beach in a group. Our 5 year old grandson absolutely loved watching the penguins and hearing them call for their family

Hi, I like the experience, but during winter and summer and rain time it's too proble for all visitors, if will make shade from entry pathway to watch point , it's good idea, bcoz all visitors have their own umbrellas and back side people can't watch and it's hazard for all , eye injury as well so

Like penguin parading. The welcoming recording started with Foreign Language which in my mind is undesiraable. English should be the laanguage first and then others behind.

Ticketing experience was really easy to navigate. The visit was an amazing experience. Just loved every minute. Well organised and beautiful venue.

Easy to book, great set up, would not recommend the underground for tall people though, bit uncomfortable for my cousin as she is 183cm tall.

The process of buying tickets on line was easy and straightforward. The tour was easy to find and very well sign posted with staff giving good direction at the door. The tour itself is very accessible easy walk and very informative. The penguins are the real stars of the show. Very cute

Absolutely incredible! Seeing all of the penguins was amazing. Must do experience! Top tip - take layers it gets chilly after sunset!

The earpiece on the tour made it perfect to hear the commentary from the ranger,as well as her answers from the questions of the tour group.

The tickets that was very good they were at the lady at the ticket counter ready to be picked up and the show was great and above all it was not cold so all with all a great evening thanks a m d also from my partner she was r wrapped with it all thanks again
