Guided Tour of Oskar Schindler`s Factory, Jewish Quarter Kazimierz & Krakow Ghetto

The whole tour from start to finish was excellent. For the Jewish quarter part of the tour, it was just us and 1 other person so it was brilliant being able to walk around as a small group. The tour around Schindler's Factory was great, even with a much bigger group. Using the earpieces we were able to clearly hear the tour guide. We then finished the tour with just us and our guide around the ghetto. Phil was a fantastic guide - incredibly personable and extremely knowledgeable. He spoke really clearly and was easy to understand. It's a long tour, but the time flew by and also included a 20 minute coffee break. We would definitely recommend.

We visited the Jewish quarter Kazimierz, Schindler's factory and the Ghetto in Krakau on 12NOV23 and we were guided by Phil. Phil was just an excellent guide !! He is very passionate and it was really a pleasure to have been guided by him. We were very impressed by his knowledge & his very enjoyable way of guiding the group. It was really Phil who made our day for the also very interesting sites we visited. CONGRATS TO PHIL from the twins from BELGIUM !

The guide was amazing... her subject knowledge was exceptional and you could tell she was passionate and was eager to make our experience one to remember!

The tour was ok, but our tour guide Joanna was the one that made it awesome 👍 Very informative and well explained, perfect english and great communication with out guide.

The guide is excellent, of course the visit was much better with her. She has a lot of knowledge and knows how to transmit it in a very didactic and orderly way. You get more out of the visit because it gives you a broader view than what you could discover by reading the signs of the museum on your own.

I like the tour, the guide was really nice and helpfull. His English was very good, so we understand al that he told us. The facts and story was very interesting.

Visite avec une guide super sympa .Par contre l usine de schindler est un musée sur l occupation de cracovie par les allemands et ne vous attendez pas à visitez une usine . Le quartier était super grâce à la visite d une synagogue et l histoire du quartier

First time used this site. Tour time duration was 4.30 hours, but it was exselent and interesting tour! Thanks our guide: he has great knowlege of tour, very intresting teller, and of course he was great communication! Recomend this tour and site.

Only comments whould be that the walking distances are long, there's no time for lunch or a break and the museum in the factory isn't suitable for such big groups.

Barbara was our tour guide. She was great, a former history teacher with a great knowledge. The tour could be twice as long with her and still she would have plenty to tell us. She even brought old photos to show us what the places looked like in the past. The only dissappointing thing, for which Barbara wasn´t responsible for, was the size of the group for the visit in the Schindler´s factory. The group was too big and the museum isn´t made for such big groups. So quite often I listened to Barbara through the headphones, but couldn´t see what she was pointing at because I had to wait in the cue round the corner.

Tickets - easy! We had last minute change of plans. All other companies were sold out for the day or did not answer. The guide was superb! Philip was a good speaker, was able to answer questions, took his time. Added some personal tidbits that made the experience that much more real, valid. Only thing I suggest is to allow more time in Schindler factory. There is a bit of reading that one on a tour cannot quite get through.

We had a brilliant tour with Olga, she was a brilliant host who truly showed her knowledge and enthusiasm of Krakow. She was friendly and answered any question which was directed. She made sure we saw and experienced everything we could. I would recommend this tour to anyone!
