I would have rated it awesome if I didn't experience stressful situation whereas it took a long time to receive the confirmation of my booking. I only received it 2 days before my trip. I have not received any follow up with my case unless I exhaust all possible ways to contact the company.

A must-try to relax, unwind, and get away from the pandemic anxiety! Me, my wife, and my two teenage kids decided we need a well-deserved break and stumbled upon this cruise experience. Unexpectedly, it turned out to be one of the best holidays we’ve gone on so far as a family! Here’s a sum of our experience on the cruise:Pros:- There were restrictions in place and the ship was operating only at 25%. - Check-in went smoothly. We had to take a COVID-19 test to start. Fortunately, it is the Antigen Rapid Test, which is way more comfortable than the PCR Test. The swab only goes halfway up your nose and not all the way down your throat, so that was a relief! We all tested negative and were ushered in well within 30 minutes. - We’d picked the three nights cruise (Wednesday to Sunday morning) and requested adjoining rooms since we’re going as a group. They granted us this request so the rest of the trip was awesome! - The food was fantastic and different every day. We chose to eat Western for breakfast and Chinese for dinner. For the rest of the meals, we ended up eating at Lido (buffet). - I’d have to admit though that the Dream Dining Room is THE place to dine if you want to feel fancy and treat yourself. Your food will be served in courses as you enjoy a fun conversation with your family. We highly recommend the steakhouse, seafood grill, and teppanyaki! Cons:- Book your activities on the app in advance. There’s plenty to do here, from waterslides to rope courses and shows. Just make sure to check for the activities that the ship has lined up in the Dream Newsletter that they set aside for you in your room. Don’t be like us. Plan your itinerary so you can make the most of your holiday!- You need to reserve a pool timing once you get on the ship. Each passenger is entitled to 1 hour of swimming during the trip. You just have to go to the pool’s towel collection area to do this. - During checkout, you’ll have to go through a second covid test, but it won’t take much time.Tips:- Don’t forget to take some motion-sickness pills before your trip. My daughter tends to get very queasy when she’s at sea. Fortunately, she’d taken a motion sickness pill before getting on the ship - within half an hour, she was doing alright. The ship’s clinic also has medicines, but it’s perhaps best if you take your medicines before getting on board. All in all, this was an exceptional trip. On the second night, we stayed up stargazing and talking about life. The skies were clear, and it was one of the best memories of my time on the cruise.

Online check-in before setting sail is mandatory. After this, we got a 15-minute slot to arrive at the Marina Bay Cruise Center. We finished off our COVID test, collected our result (all negative, fortunately), and were then allowed to the main check-in. Once all of that is done, we were let in. The ship is beautiful, and our rooms were cosy and comfortable. We loved the food. Besides, the menus change daily so there were tons of options to choose from. We especially liked the entertainment choices. Since we went as a group of friends, we spent most of our time gaming. There are slot machines everywhere and I think that was the main attraction for at least 75% of the passengers. I ended up playing many games of bingo, while a couple of my friends attended a yoga session. There were also magic shows, water slides, rope courses, concerts, and an adult-only show after hours! Some of the boutiques onboard offered good prices too.

This was my first ever cruise holiday and it felt good to do something different from a typical staycation. Everything was clean and in good working order. Staff was mostly multilingual. Occasionally you’d run into someone who didn’t know English, but finding another English-speaking person is easy enough.

The ship is nice. The mini-golf course was my favorite bit.

Loved this experience! Simple booking experience, great ship, super courteous staff, enjoyed the food. I needed a break from Singapore and decided to go on this 3-night trip on a last-minute whim. Once I got there, covid test, check-in, and immigration took less than 90 mins. I had opted for a Balcony Stateroom, which was comfy and decently sized too. There was even a mini-fridge in my room. The food was great, but getting a reservation at the Chinese restaurant was hard (you’ll have to be a bit patient - there are a lot of tables to serve!) - the food is worth it though. Not all the facilities were open because of the covid situation. I enjoyed my time at the pool and the jacuzzi. Getting a slot in the casinos was difficult the first night as it got pretty crowded (crowd control was on point though). The next day onwards it was fairly easy to get a seat at jackpot machines. At the end of the tour, I had to take another covid test and clear immigration, which took lesser time than I expected. Overall, the check-in, check-out system was well organized and I might just do this again if I need another quick getaway!

Had fun, but the custom tags to tap in and out of areas throughout the ship were confusing for me. Not everyone is tech-savvy!

Very well-maintained and clean. The balcony was smaller than we’d thought it would be, which was a bit disappointing. However, the views from the bedroom made up for it as our room was at the front of the ship, directly below the bridge.

They stop taking orders for alcoholic drinks at 11 PM. Also, the casino area was crowded every time I went there!

Nothing to complain about! The food was amazing, boarding was a breeze, and there was even free, high-speed internet onboard.

Wanted to try this ship since it was pretty new. Enjoyed it very much. Mornings were a bit crowded in the Dream dining room (I’d suggest avoiding going here during peak hours), but other meals were no problem at all. Loved taking photos on the boardwalk and enjoyed my time on the slides in the waterpark.
