Reserved Entrance Tickets to the Musei Capitolini

The Capitoline museums have some exquisite and unique gems such as the original and magnificent equestrian statue of Marcus Aurelius or the superb religious paintings of Tintoretto that are unparalleled, I would say that leaving Rome without stopping there would be a real shame.

We had to queue for over 40 minutes in the tourist office to get the tickets we had already paid for, then we had to queue again for over 15 minutes to get into the museum. We really should have bought the tickets straight from the museum and had more time looking at the lovely things. Once inside it was amazing and well worth a visit.

Amanda at the ticket office was very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the informative video on Ancient Rome. Museum was excellent- we couldn't see it all, and wish we'd had another day to go back. Next time!

I bought a ticket for museum access but then asked the museum box office if I could supplement with a digital guide. Good experience.

Whether you are a novice or an expert, Musei Capitolini is a wonderful place to visit as it traverses the history of Rome from its earliest beginning through the renaissance and beyond. I’d highly recommend it to anyone.

Ticketing experience was poor. I did not like having to go to a separate venue to collect my ticket. It should have been emailed to me.

The people that gave us the tickets were very helpful. The email was confusing because I first tried to go directly to the place and have them scan the email but I had to go directly to nearby place to get the tickets. The email wasn't clear.

It was possible to book to enter within a few hours. Accurate and thorough service

I tried to get the tickets the day before, but the employee said it wouldn't be possible! That was annoying!!!

It was a convenient way to get tickets for the museum and the ticket office was efficiently run and easy to find.

We needed a map of the museum. I know we missed things because of unfamiliarity of the layout.

The guide was friendly and competent at the same time.
