Big banners outside showing the Caravaggio painting I wanted to see, walk around the gallery only to find the painting is on loan, very obvious that they wanted people to think the painting was still there. I asked staff and they told me the painting was upstairs, only after asking several people was I told it's on loan, tiny tiny sign at reception said it's on loan. Dishonest.

Null, a scam ... and I'll be sure to talk about it around me. The address given for the meeting exists, but it's a small closed shop, an abandoned place with no-one there. I was there 15 minutes before, I waited, I asked the shopkeepers around... unknown. I'd at least like my money back.

It was much easier getting tickets into Galleria Barberini than the Bhorgese Gallery since 50 artworks have been moved from Bhorgese to Barberini. Very easy getting tickets online and you just show up at the Barberini venue. The paintings were amazing and so gorgeous which were set in an amazing palazzo. Bonus - Very nice bistro cafe upstairs at the gallery in the Barbetini palazzo gardens, so pretty and serene. Cafe was lovely and spacious at the lovely garden.

The Basilica is fantastic and is a must see for visitors to Rome. The basilica is a work of art containing many other works of art, sculptures, paintings, mosaics. It makes you wonder at the time and resources invested in its construction and decoration. The guided tour was very good, I appreciated the comments and explanations given by the guide she spoke clearly and was open to questions.

I could not visit the exhibition. I tried to change the date but it was impossible! I had to go to the museum on the day and time of the reservation, then take a bus and I don't know what else. Nothing. The gallery was eh. Obviously nothing close to the Borghese. When I was on the site, I entered Borghese Gallery as what I was looking for tickets for. It didn't say tickets were not available. Instead, tickets popped up for the day I requested and a time of 10:15 AM. I purchased the tickets, not realizing they were for a different gallery. When we went to the Borghese, we were notified that our tickets were for a different gallery and turned away. I called the number for assistance and was told this is what we purchased tickets for. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told to expect a call back within 20 minutes. Did not receive a call. Still haven't. Decided to walk to the other gallery and see if they would let us in late, to not waste the money, since we did not hear back from anyone. Gallery was pretty, but not anything close to what we were expecting by going to the Borghese. Site should have clearly stated, "There are no tickets available at your desired gallery. Here is an alternative option." This was very misleading by your company and we were very dissatisfied.

I had reserved tickets on my cell phone, I had to queue as if I had to make them again, because no one told us that with the reserved tickets we could skip the queue and show up at the entrance directly without going through the ticket office. 20 minutes of unnecessary queuing. Otherwise,beautiful.

Arrivato a passare mi hanno bloccato rimandandomi al guardaroba perché avevo uno zainetto grande 20 cm per 30 cm e quindi cosa per lasciarlo al guardaroba!! Mentre orde di donne con mega borse entravano senza problemi! Quindi le cose sono due: o chi ha scritto il regolamento ha qualche problema o il personale adesso al controllo deve essere riformato sulla geometria tridimensionale! Peccato!
