Tickets to Petronas Twin Towers

My children likes the activities in the petrosains, We also have a good experience to view the KL scenery from Twin Tower. The staf are very good. The ticketing booking is easy and save our times to que up.

Not having to stand in a ticket queue. To be assured of a ticket on a specific day and time. Recommendation: When booking on-line I was instructed to present the printed ticket at your office at theTowers to obtain another ticket. When I arrived at the ticket office I was told that my printed ticket already had the bar code and could be used to enter. Please clarify that in the email to which the ticket is attached. Thanks

The experience was breath taking. Travelled from overseas with family to experience the beautiful view of Kuala Lumpur iconic building.

Everything was really easy to do, online voucher for hoho exchanged for tickets and the petronas tower ticket was QR code. Enjoyed the day out, managed both circuits for the hoho bus.

It was an awesome experience visiting the Petronas Twin Toeers & sky bridge - a must do if you're in KL.The Ronda Ronda (hop on & hop off) bus/tour was good too except it was a very hot day so not ideal! The air conditioning inside the bus was not real cool which is why I'm only giving it a good rating. It was easy to find the first stop & use.

I recently visited the Petronas Towers, and let me tell you, trying to take a selfie with these towering giants is like attempting to fit an elephant into a phone booth – ambitious but mostly ridiculous. I'm pretty sure my phone's camera lens now has separation anxiety from being so far away. The view from the top was breathtaking, but I also discovered that my fear of heights is directly proportional to the number of floors beneath me. I clung to the observation deck like a gecko on a skyscraper, contemplating whether I should invest in a parachute for future sightseeing adventures. And, oh, the elevators! These things are so fast they make Superman look like he's taking the scenic route. They pressed the button, I blinked, and suddenly I was on the 86th floor. It was like the towers had their own teleportation system – move over, Hogwarts Express.

A tour on Petronas Towers was fine, really without a problem. Hop on ho off bus was fine, drivers and guides very kind and helpful, but from my sight of view too long intervals in scheduled buses. I am sure that you must adapt the demand, so it's only my subjective sight of view. I am thankful and I wish you good luck with your service :-) Kind regards RS

It wasn't really skip the line. Everyone was in the same queue. Very efficient getting people in elevators and moving you about. 15 minutes was not long enough at the top for the amount of money paid. There were no information boards telling you what some of the buildings you could see were. That said it was a great experience.

We attended both tours - City and garden. Both were very interesting, well organised. We booked the combo ticket in advance on your website and choosed non malaysian. Unfortunateley on the ticket was printed malaysian. So we had to pay the amount of rm 60,- when entering the bus.

Have very nice view and good experience.l feel very lucky and happy. It my first time visit Petronas Twin Tower. I'm from Sarawak. Next time I bring my family visit Petronas Twin Tower again. Thankfully

Timely response and delivery of Tickets. Entry at PETRONAS Tower was simple and without any delay. We went directly to entry point and from there to lift to take us at bridge and later at 87th floor.

Very easy to book the slot online. 15 min. prior to the scheduled slot, the staffs were assisting us on every next step. All goes well, no hassle. Keep it up. Thank you

The service was good, the explanations concerning the Patron Towers was also super. The friendliness and much more. All around satisfied.

The view of the whole city from above is very beautiful. Ticket presentation was very quick and there were no interruptions. 👍

Smooth sailing, everything went without any hassle. Very convenient online ticketing process and the experience on top of the twin towers was awesome.

Once we found the entrance it was great. Very well organised to move people through. However, the signage to find the entrance initially was very ordinary, we wandered for a fair while, almost missing the tour time.

So professional, the only thing I didn't like was that the shop assistants are really REALLY pushy and want you to BUY, even when you say no thank you.

Perfect organised and recieve quick and good information and the tickets by e-mail of Headout! And the experience of Boeing on the Petronas towers was really GREAT!!!!

The chance to walk across the bridge is a good experience despite the crowd. I would have expected something more exciting similar to the KL Tower Skybox that I visited prior.

Hassle free viewing of the marvelous structure. It's really awesome experience to be on the top and view the skiline of KL.
