Habitat Penang Hill Tickets

Ery straightforward to make the booking. We appreciated the discount for seniors. The payment by credit card was effortless and all went well for us. The convenience was very much appreciated.

I was leading a group of friends of 13 pax. 1st booking of 10 pax was great. I received the confirmation and the QR Code (via email almost immediately). 2nd booking of 3 pax was done. Credit card payment was successfully charged. The confirmation email stated that it would take a while (30 minutes) for the the QR Code to be sent. The QR Code email came like 5 hours later. Fortunately, the staff (Corina) was helpful to call the booking center and allowed the 3 pax to enter the Penang Hill Habitat.

Everything! However the kids were disappointed that the zipline activity was not available due to maintenance. (separate charges yes, but you still need to enter into Habitat again). Nevertheless, the experience was worth it.

The VR experience was exceptional...best experience ever....and the jungle was amazing ..lots of steps..the views are spectacular...great day out

Very good experience at fresh air of The Habitat, , with the price RM50 only. But at main area entrance of Penang Hill, where an Indian selling all Indian related things such as Henna, was very bad smell of incense. That was spolt of highland fresh air. Please do something if don't want to loose of visitors.

The walk in The Habitat was very liesurely and relaxing. The VR experience was OKish. wish there was better sitting arrangement for it.

A wonderful, calm experience walking around The Habitat seeing all the different elements of a tropical rainforest. Even though it was misty, it was still enjoyable. Shame we missed doing the zip wire - apparently it was only available in the morning.

Hiking up to the destined crest was amazing and challenging for my children since it was their very first experience. The spectacular scenery was awesome and unforgettable. I enjoyed the pleasant and easy process through the entrance. Nice and helpful ticket person in charge.

Can be trust, and can buy with cheaper ticket. Really good. The good habitat is the place we should go. The peaceful place, beautiful scenes.

Didn't require to que in a big crowd during public holiday.
