I loved how knowledgeable the staff were and giving us facts I probably wouldn't have known without. While driving to destinations they gave us facts around Athens as well. Along with the bus driver they kept us on schedule and made sure everyone was always accounted for. I did the earliest trip and it was still a little crowded but that is to be expected. We also had some time to wander around alone and take pictures. I liked having the option of including entry and skipping that long line.

We went on a guided tour through Key tours. We had a wonderful guide, Katerina (Mama), for the Acropolis and the Parthenon in Athens. Katerina had a great sense of humour and gave us very informative information at both places. I'm so glad we decided not to do it on our own. She knew all of the right places to stand and to walk. She even knew some information about our family name.

The guide should have visual material to help us better understand what the buildings of the acropolis looked like. They should include a drink or water with the meal. We should have a guide inside the temple of poseidon, they only let us in alone for an hour.

The tour of the Acropolis and Parthenon was excellent—informative, well-paced, and rich in history. Our guide was knowledgeable and engaging, making the experience even more enjoyable. The only downside was that the hearing devices didn’t work properly during the tour, which made it difficult at times to catch everything being said, especially in a larger group. Yhe Temple of Poseidon was amazing and the trip was worth it.

The guide was lovely, but she had a very strong accent. Also, her microphone was distorted because of the wind. So between the wind and her strong accent. I only understood about half of what she said. I wasn't the only one on the tour to say that after we were done. I was disappointed in what I was able to learn

This one the worst tours I have been on. The guide, although nice, provided almost no information during the tour. The entire time she just spent saying "this is a narrow road, but an important road" or this was an "important person", or "this is a quiet spot but an important spot". More so on the bus tour portion all she pointed out where the hotels. She barely maentioned what things where and when she did point them out she gave no explanation. Listening to other guides in the Acropolis they were sharing really interesting information whether on the history, the architecture, the culture, none of which were covered by our guide. It was not only disappointing but extremely frustrating knowing I was wasting my time and my only opportunity to visit this site. Using google would have frankly been significantly more informative. Honestly I would want my money back.

It felt very chaotic and a lot of waiting around. We were asked to meet at 7.55am however guide eventually turned up at 8.20am and told us they also had to stop at key offices to collect guide. Eventually left at 8.40am. When we got out of acropolis another 20mins waiting for the bus. Lunch absolutely awful, really disgusting , would not recommend.

At the beginning it seemed very disorganized but once we were on the bus the wonderful guide took over and it was fantastic. The luncheon was extraordinary and then a bit of a rest as due to the extremely hot weather it meant the day had to be split so it became a sunset tour to Poseidon Temple but was worth the exhaustion if a very long day. Recommend this tour

The ticketing and meeting point was organized. Our tour guide was very informative and professional. I honestly would have preferred to just listen to her lessons first, and then go on my own to the acropolis and museum. It was simply too crowded and too large of a group to be fully engaging. It was challenging to follow the group walking through the immensley crowded acropolis. I think groups could be limited to around 10-12 people for these tours during peak travel season. The lunch break was an hour in a taverna in Plaka with a limited menu, seated with the fellow tour group (by then only around 10 of us were left). The guide was not present. The trip to Cape Sounio was good, it wasn't guided and we were left to walk around the site for an hour or so on our own. The site and view were beautiful. All in all, it was informative and nice to see several sites, however a very long day. If I had to do it over again, I would have gone on my own to the acropolis and museum then taken the smaller tour to Cape Sounio.

I booked online from home, so had some doubts. However, we were picked up on time and had a fantastic day. Kostas clearly knows his history and was the best guide I've ever experienced. The Parthenon and museum were totally amazing. We had our lunch included as we booked the full day. The food was good and plenty of it. We then travelled to Soulion, which was a long trip on the bus which was a bit of a drain. Purely due to the distance and time. The route was beautiful and the coach lovely and cool. The review may sound made up, but we found the whole day excellent. Totally amazeballs. Find a bot that will write that.

Our guide Katarina was incrdible. "Mama" as she told us to call her, was so knowledgeable and fun. She provided a ton of back story and I learned so much during the tour. While she incorporated her viewpoints into the tour, it never felt biased or unwarranted, so it was the perfect balance of facts and perspective from a Greek person. She tapped into her mothering skills to start managing peopel around us, in order to ensure our group was not affected by execssive queues and nonsense. I would definitely take another tour with her.

I loved that Irine, our tour guide has great ekperience and that she was our tour guide. What I did not like are two things: 1) skip the line is not working as it should be, at least in my expectation is that tickets are already purchased, not that we have to wait for them if it is skip the line 2) I have been asked to pay 180 eur for tickets, and then passports in museum and Sounion so we can get discount price for kids, which results for your company to receive 30 eur discount, not me. For me it is not fair that on top of everything paid, plus tickets, your company gets 30 more EUR for me handling tickets. I expect refund of those 30 eur which were paid in key tours office, but were discounted later.

Our tour guide Anastasia was PEHNOMENAL. Extremely well organized, friendly, and made the tours super interesting and fun. The only issue had nothing to do with the tour but rather with the organization of it before we arrived- we were specifically told we'd be picked up at our accommodation and not until ten minutes before the tour start time were we informed that we had to get ourselves to the tour agency location. Luckily we were close enough to walk in time but it was very disappointing for the money we paid. BUT the tour itself was fabulous

En revanche le bus devait venir me chercher devant mon Hôtel et n'ai jamais arrivé. En contactant le service client on m'a signalé qu'un mail m'avait était envoyé, m'indiquant que mon hôtel n'était pas pris en charge. Je n'ai jamais reçu ce mail. The guide and driver were both excelent and I give them top rating. The problem was the timing of the visits. When we went to the Acropolis there were too many people, it took us a long time to enter and consequenctly I could not fully benefit from the experience. We were told that often it has significantly less visitors in the afternoon and therefore my suggestion is that you start doing Cape Sounio in the morning and Acropolis in the afternoon.

We had a fantastic day. Eirene was our guide and she was so knowledgable. We visited the Parthenon, the acropolis, the acropolis museum and Cape Sounion to see the Temple of Poseidon. It was great visiting these places and learning the full history and detail behind them. The lunch was brilliant and huge, don't expect to want an evening meal after this. The journey down to cape sounion was sceinic and beautiful. The only criticism I'd personally have was that we didn't have enough time in the museum. Overall it was a highly rated and must do trip

The different sites were nice but the audio was really hard to hear and understand. The guide had far too many people in the group (40+) which was challenging to follow on the very busy sights like Parthenon. Audio quality poor. Would have preferred pre recorded audio.

Disappointed .. I booked a hotel pick up but this did not happen & I was not told .. the morning of tour I was not picked up at hotel. I tried to contact company had issues very bad support. I had to get a taxi to the office - to meet the bus. Can I get reimbursement for the taxi charge ? The tour itself with the tour guide was rushed as well. Everything was a rush.

The stages were bogged down, so we didn't have time to enjoy them. There was no possibility of audio in French, so we couldn't understand the explanations. Lunch included in our package. This speaks for itself in terms of the waiter's unfriendliness and the quality of the dishes, which were served quickly. This was our first sightseeing tour and our last. Not to mention the crowds!

Irene, the guide, was truly fantastic! However, the pick up was 20 min late and there was confusion regarding the length of the tour, I believe. I purchased the tour for what I thought was 4 hours. But it was going to last much longer than that. I finally had to depart at about 5 hours. Also, the tour took very long because the ability level of others on the tour. Perhaps there can be a sign up for tours that allow for time and ones for no assistance needed. I felt terrible for Irene because we started with over 40 and when I left we were just over 20. I was not the only one who understood the tour to be different than what I received.

The tourist guide was running by the way she was explaining everything. Therefore,as the place was very crowded it was very difficult to hear her explanation. What is more is that the quality's of the headphones was terrible. We couldn't enjoyed at all of the visit and we felt very disappointed. Moreover, I would like to say that after doing the visit we felt that the trip had too many things to do for the few time in which it consisted. It was a pitty, due to the fact that the visit to the Acropolis and Sunion was so special for us and we couldn't enjoy at all of it

The guide Anastasia was really good but the overall organisation of the one-day guided tour was not satisfactory. The group was far too big, which resulted in long waiting times to make sure everybody showed up after every break and less time for the guided visits. We would not recommend this tour if you wish to truly enjoy Athens and Cape Sounio.

It was awful, we have asked for our money back or plan on flighting a massive online campaign to share with others how awful your company because we cannot get a refund on the tour that was the worst interaction we've ever had with a tour company. Your partner switched our departing location and did not message it, and when we tried to reach out we were told to call back at a later time and given false statements from your staff. When we finally after multiple calls were put in touch with the tour service, they had left. This ruined our plans for our honeymoon, and is continunuing to cause stress and frustration because we are being denied a refund, for a tour we couldn't take, because we were given an incorrect meeting point and multiple incorrect statements from the help team. What a nightmare!

The tour was rushed all the time by te tour guide, and evenas he migth know a lot, he can not explaine in a cohesive and linnear way the history, well maybe to be fair, he didnt not trace a story telling type, that makes things mich more undetandable And clearer for the audience. Timing and logistics were all ok, but the guide let us down.

The guide was all good. However, her style is a bit redundant and tedious. For example, she kept saying the road is slippery which I felt a sense of kindness at first. However, it was a bit too much for she kept saying that instead of saying something in essence. We were told about the washroom time while we actually were not given the time for the washroom though I asked for it. I found that most people at around age between 40-60 might be suitable for this style as one of the lady had such a comment for two young people walking a bit faster just to buy a drink and cursed us as selfish. This made us finally exit the group as we felt it is really a torment and time-wasting experience to stay with such a group. We got back to the agency and try to ask for the refund for the food and the guy wearing glasses told us to go to the restaurant and we accepted and went. However, the restaurant refused to accepted us if we do not go with the group. We have been arguing for a while and the whole thing was terminated with that we finally left the place without eating anything. We tried to get the refund next because at the same day, we were told the guy left and a lady staff there did not know our issue. And the next day we came, all they did was to ask us to ask refund from the agency while the email that I sent yesterday was totally ignored. So overall, this is a really unpleasant experience. I think that next time it's better to be more customised for the young and aging group depending on the requirements to avoid the innocent young people being called selfish ever again.

Okay, where to start... first of all, we were asked to check in early in order for the bus to depart on time. When we arrived on time, everything was very chaotic and no-one seemed to be able to help us. Eventually, the bus departed 45 minutes later. Secondly, the guide. She was enthousiastic and talked a lot. A bit too much actually. We felt like toddlers in kindergarden, the way she treated us. She was knowledgeable about the acropolis but we missed that little extra you expect of a guide. After a brief bustour of the city, we entered the museum. We were only inside for 30 minutes and again, the explanations felt lacking. There was so much potential in the museum, but we just walked past everything. A real missed opportunity. After the museum, we walked to the restaurant which might as well be called "Tourist Trap"... Cold, microwaved, bland food. By the way, the actual name is "Arcadia", avoid it if possible. After the disappointing meal, we decided to skip the afternoon and went back to the museum on our own. We were surprised by all the positive reviews this tour got online, especially the comments about how delicious the food was supposed to be. Hopefully, this can inform someone to make a decision.

Terrible terrible tour, do not recommend. Where to start, we had to be at their office at 8:05 (10mins prior to start), the tour (42 people to 1 guide!!) didn't depart until 9am or later. The first 1-2 hours (coolest part of day...) was spent on the bus driving in circles in Athens city for a bus narrative tour (not wanted or needed). There was no explanation of the schedule for the day, lunch time etc. I later found out the tour was made up of about 4 different tour types that would deplete as the day went on. The guide was clearly very knowledable but had a ridiculous task of engaging 42 people, gave information overload while standing still with barely any free time - majority of group walked off and did our own thing instead of listen, some people left the tour by 11am because it was so bad. We had the full day booked but given how terrible it was, took our museum tickets (we first had to waste 30-60mins at entrance (in extreme heat) so the guide could take tour group 1 back to the bus, we then had to wait for her to go in sort out tickets etc, it passed 1pm and still no mention on plan for lunch) so we left the tour (as did many others) to eat and rehydrate and explore ourselves and forefeit the rest of the day. DO NOT BOOK! I expect a refund for what we had to endure and miss out on. This was easily the worst tour we have been on and should not be associated with the Acropolis, disgraceful.

when we arrive at the offices it was chaos with nobody seeming to know who was going on what tour and on which coach. A group of Germans were told the wrong time and missed their tour! This should have been a small group tour However, Keytour's decided that rather than keep the numbers small they would book as many people as possible and use a full-size coach. This resulted in a huge amount of lost time getting in and out of the coach and finding missing tour members - four of whom were never found. We hardly had any time at the acropolis or the acropolis museum nor any real free time. Our guide's English was poor with most of the local shopkeepers and restaurant staff speaking much better English Her banging on about returning the headsets and the fact she would have to pay for missing ones, was unprofessional Keytour's greed ruined a good at out (again).

We purchased an online tour that was supposed to include a jotel pick-up and entry to all sites: the Acropolis, the Acropolis Museum and Sonio. The pick up was supposed to take place at 08:00. About 5 minutes earlier I had found in my inbox an email saying that no pick up would be made from the hotel. Even though they got my phone number no one bothered to call me to make sure I knew they would not pick me up. We arrived independently at the companys office. When we were already on the bus we were asked to pay an extra 80 euros for access tickets. In addition - it was explicitly stated that the tour is a small group tour but fact it took place in a large tourist bus that completely full. There were several groups with different needs ? That had bought different tours in the same bus. Each group completed the tour at a different stage. The guide, who was the bright spot of the tour, and was very kind, did her best, but had to deal with the various logistics about half of our the time. We were very disappointed.
