Chiang Mai Night Safari Tickets: Non Thai Residents

Very enjoyable experience. Excellent value for money. Great to see all the beautiful animals. Would go again.

Our experience didn't take place. We were waiting for a hotel pick up for more than 90 minutes but no one came nor we heard from anyone there would be someone on the way. Chating assistents had no information, were not in touch with local provider and unable to help us. We organised our own transport to the Night safari but our tickets were not recognised (despite information by chatting assistant they would enable admission). We had to buy new ones at the counter and thus paid for both the tickets and transport twice. Since then we have been asking Headout to return us money back, but nothing has happened so far. Throughout our chat conversations (with bots probably) we have heard many times about "escalating our issue" and that they were "looking into it". But nothing tangible came out of it - just empty phrases and promises. We do not even know whether there was any driver who should have come for us and provided the real admission tickets or whether it has been all a scam. The worst experience ever. Not only we lost money (we still hope to get it back but see the chances slim), but also a lot of time and nerves.

Awful experience. Guide never showed up, had to go to the venue myself and then the provided tickets did not work. Had to buy new tickets. Do not book this experience, complete scam and headout is not providing refund

I booked just a couple of hours before our last minute plan to go to the Chiang Mai Night Safari. It was so easy and when we got there the queue for those who booked online was a lot shorter than the line for buying physical tickets. My sister said it was a great idea and wanted to know which website I used

I liked both the safari rides. We got to see some unique animals from around the world.

The people on the entrance gate were extremely rude because I could not understand the QR code

Booked with hotel transfer. Hotel transfer was unclear and no contact was given. Waited at hotel for over an hour and we were never picked up. Refund has not yet been provided and communication is ongoing with Headout. Would not recommend.

Our experience with your ticket booking service was rather unpleasant. We booked 2 tickets for adults and 1 for a child. The adult tickets were fine but the child ticket was expired even though I booked all the tickets for the same date. We ended up purchasing a new ticket for our daughter which I request a refund for.

The night show was totally amazing shows and very organized.
