Kids loves the Waterpark and rides , white tiger in wildlife park, crossing the suspension bridge. We will definitely come back again.

overall experience is just ok. i will give 50-60% over 100%. its too hot, a bit old with less maintainance. i prefer to have more shelted roof everywhere i walk like singapore, because it is new and well maintain and aircon everywhere.

Very smooth process and the best prices i f you are purchasing from klook or sunway directly. I had to cancel 1 ticket out of 5 because one of the family members was feeling unwell and they canceled the ticket and issued the refund right away. it is a good experience. My family was happy. but there are very few restrictions on having water or some food for kids. I wouldn't say I like that. because my kids didn't eat junk food

Everyone was friendly. Things were available, great lockers near all the water slides, very well maintained, not busy because of off-season.

Great experience with fun rides and many water slides to choose from. We also bought an express pass although it was not too busy so we would have been fine without one. Weather was nice and sunny and staff was friendly.

Good experience but in the queue of the ticket window you must download the e tickets before the can printed out the take time and the are not pataint to wait you until you get it.
