Nothing to love. The whole experience was unprofessional and I won't be recommending to my friends.
We arrived outside Exit 1, as per the instructions. We waiting for 45mins with my wife and 2 x Kids and saw no guide. I asked the station staff and local police if they knew where to meet, but they never head of an event meeting outside Exit 1.

Max was fabulous, he talked about other monuments as we walked along. He was engaging, fun and knowledgeable. My kids (17/11) and I enjoyed the tour. Millennium bridge was a highlight!
