City Sightseeing: 24/48/72-Hour Hop-On Hop-Off Tour of Milan

The weather was not great and the upper level of the bus did not protect you well from the rain. In addition, the narration did not synchronize well with an ability to see the specifics. Walking tours were much preferred.

I was really enjoying my travel experience in Milano. Thank you for this amazing opportunity to explore this wonderful city.

The routes were very interesting but the quality of the headphones was average, we had to try 3 until we were able to listen to the explanations.

The staff were helpful in getting my companion on and off with a walker but the place allocated to sit with a wheelchair had the window completely blacked out so that there was absolutely no view. No good on a "sightseeing" bus. Luckily my companion is not confined to a wheelchair so once some perfectly able people had left the "disabled" seats (labelled with a person with a stick) we managed to move into these seats and get a view.

The ticket purchased on Headout was cheaper. The Milan city sightseeing tour includes 3 tours, on 3 different lines that make you visit the whole city without getting tired. It takes about 5 hours to complete the 3 tours, but it is worth it,if you are short on time and the weather does not give you the chance to visit the city on foot!

Einige Anschlüsse waren defekt. Auf einer Linie ging die deutsche Version nicht. Ausserdem könnten mehr Informationen gegeben werden. Dass die Busse nur alle 1 bis 1.5 Stunden fuhren war nicht angenehm. Man musste sich genau überlegen, ob man aussteigen möchte, denn man musste dann lange warten für den nächten Bus - wenn überhaupt noch einer fuhr.

The reception staff and some of the drivers were not always pleasant... You have to go and get the information! We were unlucky to find ourselves on a day when showers fell on the city non-stop, so we had to choose between the mist on the lower windows or the wind and rain on the upper part. It was hard to see and appreciate the beauty of the city and some of its monuments in these conditions... Fortunately, the audio guides were there to help us find our way around and learn more about the city. I had visited Barcelona ten years ago via these tourist buses, and the experience had been much more conclusive!

We like to use this opportunity on city trips to get an overview of the sights and the historical background. Then we choose what we want to take a closer look at. A great thing.

For a sightseeing bus, not sure who thought it was a good idea to paint over most of the windows downstairs, so you can't see out?

It was easy to buy but the bus stop had changed from the printed map We needed to download the bus ap to figure out where toget the bus.

On the Sunday of booking the ticket inferred the service was available between 9 am until 8 pm We got into Milan Central at 9 am however the first bus didn't arrive until 12.30 pm Poor communication, internet service - non existent, not impressed considering the cost and lost time

Scheller good overview of the city in combination with Italian classical music. A good mood for the upcoming vacations.

Nice way to get an overview of the city. On time, but very crowded, make sure to get in line to get a seat on top if you want fresh, open air viewing.

I enjoyed being able to use a map, the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would have liked to have more if an explanation for the green line times and were you can hop off easily yo change lines.

the hop and off bus is a lot of fun. You can pay for the bus digitally and board at a point of your choice. An addition would be if they provided information about the time at all stops. You can also see where the bus is via the app - but a timetable on site is always nice.

I loved the four different routes. However on the Sports route the driver obly stopped two times and one was to take a cigarette break while the narrative talked about a variety of stops. I got significant spider bites while on board.

Great way to get around the city! Easy to follow map and locations of the stops were easy to find. Multiple language options for the tour information. A cheap and easy way to travel through the Milan landmarks.

It was a good experience and the employees where nice. Only problem. The audio was not synchronized with our surroundings

All three buses I took were quite late in their schedule and too many blanks in the recorded presentation, it would be more enjoyable to have historic stories told between site then random music. Staff and chauffeur were great though.

The booking of tickets is quick and easy. I booked the tickets online, but if you run them on the bus you still get a 10% discount. The audio guides have also always worked and the buses were mostly on time and not crowded.
