City Sightseeing: 24-Hour Hop-On Hop-Off Tour of Naples

GOOD MORNING, OUR EXPERIENCE IN NAPLES WAS EXCELLENT. EVEN WITH OUR PHYSICAL LIMITATIONS, WE WERE ABLE TO SEE AS MUCH AS WE DID NOT HOPE TO ON OUR OWN. THE HISTORICAL EXPLANATIONS GIVEN TO US ALONG THE WAY, WERE COMPREHENSIVE. THE STAFF ON BOARD, WAS MOST GRACIOUS. AN EXPERIENCE TO RECOMMEND AND WHY NOT TO DO AGAIN. WE WILL DEFINITELY RETURN TO NAPLES.

We were able to get a very good overview of Naples. We especially enjoyed the blue line up the coast. The driver was most excellent maneuvering the bus through the crazy traffic. The guide on the bus was very helpful in securing seats and giving direction. Would recommend!

I loved the Italian music in between tour information. Loved the route but unfortunately we were caught in traffic for a long time and when I came back to take the next bus, I missed the last one of the day and had a very long walk back

The app Headout it's not quite user friendly. In order to buy the bus ticket it's easier to turn off the Internet and turn on the offline mode. When I entered the hop om hop of bus, it took a while to load the ticket which annoyed the bus driver. Therefore I think the app should be more user friendly with faster loading of purchased tickets. As for bus stops, in the beginning I didn't know where the bus stops, later on I saw station signs . It should be great if the app suggested the exact boarding position ( bearing in mind I was waiting on the opposite side). The headphones sometimes worked sometimes not. It would be great to buy the bus ticket for the tourist bus which last 2 - 3 days. Kind regards

My wife and I used the service to visit the beautiful city of Naples. The bus departed and arrived at its destination points in a timely manner. The service provides excellent comfort to passengers. The audio tour guide on board provides useful and interesting information of the various neighborhoods of Naples from EAST to WEST. It also delights passengers with beautiful Neapolitan songs that are a dominant part of this city's culture. From Piazza Castello to Posillipo, (wonderful scenic stretch), from the Castle (Maschio Angioino) to the city's historical and artistic points of interest, we had a wonderful and truly enriching experience. The itinerary was adhered to and all the planned tourist points were included. We were able to comfortably visit Spaccanapoli, with its tangle of streets, alleys and interweaving of characteristic lanes. Taking the bus back from Piazza del Gesù nuovo, we comfortably reached the Duomo with the treasure of San Gennaro really not to be missed. The staff was always very courteous and efficient in solving minor problems related to bad weather, providing the appropriate assistance and responding promptly to requests. The ticket price is in line with the services offered and the overall quality of the experience.

Great way to get a first view of the city, very friendly staff, kudos to the drivers who juggle that traffic

The city sightseeing trip itself was very good to get an overall vision of Naples before choosing what to visit in detail. 2 of the stops (Station and Archeological Musuem were hard to locate. I had a problem downloading the Headout App as have to sign up then download to get the tickets for the tour then another app to use th etour map and couldn't contact anyone from their site - better to go directly to tour company for this trip

Bus was on schedule. Route 2 was good but was not always sure what stop was being referred to and where the attraction was, like funicular.

Loved the historical info, the convenience, and great customer service. I use a scooter for mobility, and it was very good!!! Thank you!

Our experience with the hop on hop off bus in Naples was ok at best. The good: Boarding was supper easy by showing our QR code at any of the stops and the buses were clean. The bad: there wasn't enough commentary and too much music, the top part of the bus was rather wet from the rain which meant we could only sit in the limited seats on bottom floor, and the waiting at stop 1 to change lines. Overall 3/5.

When we were on the blue route, the seats were uncomfortable (not enough leg room) and one of our headsets did not work: it was the box not the headset.

Two easy, relatively short journeys around the city. We did them late in the afternoon so didn't hop off as it wasn't clear what time the last tours were, conflicting information on website and leaflets.

Difficult to really hear the guide in headphones. Too much, too loud and too boring music, O sole mio was on at least 3 times 🙄

We had to sit downstairs on some parts of the trip and the windows on one bus were some sort of black speckled safety glass that you couldn't see through which seems ridiculous on a sight seeing tour.

Nice and relaxing tours, no need to do much more than enjoy. It is good idea that the tours are devided in two different ones, other by coast and other in the city. We didn't get out during the tour, but the stops were located in good positions. Timings for the tours are correct that are mentioned in the maps. Nice last (or first) overview for your stay in Napoli. Tickets ca be redeemed from the bus at any stop and as well you can buy them from bus.

Easy to purchase tickets online. The bus has two routes that gives a good overview of Napoli. The audio portion provided interesting history and cultural info. I think it would have been nice to have extended hours in the summer (limited to about 9-18). Overall, a good experience and a reasonable price.

It was good for getting an overview of the sights, but there was very little information provided along the way. Mostly music piped into the earbuds. More info = even better experience.

Disappointed with the route of the bus. It hardly covered anything of the city. There were.only 7.stops and nothing really of interest was on it. We visited the catacombs and thus wasn't anywhere near the route but is an important part of the history of naples.

Zanimljive rute pogotovo plava s pogledima na zaljev i Vezuv. Kod crvene rute je bio najzanimljiviji kaos u prometu. Čestitke šoferu autobusa.
