Lisboa Card: 50+ Attractions & Public Transport

Agent knew right away how to help & explained lisboa card concisely and thoroughly so I understood right away. Very friendly and perfect English

The place is magnificent, but the waiting is not well organized. When you have a Lisboa Card pass, you don't know whether to collect a ticket from the ticket office or go straight to the queue.

The building was simply gorgeous and I was amazed by its architecture. We need to line up outside for some time (50 minutes) to enter, and it would be great if the site could provide more guidance in an organized manner.

Best thing with these tickets are that it just makes things easy, no having to join the ticket line. Great on the metro too.

Unfortunately, the tiket could not be opened (QR code). It was the same with many others. I then had to have a paper label issued.

We went in the afternoon and only waited 10 minutes to enter. The tickets made it easy for us to access without any extra wait time. This venue is stunning!

The Lisbon Card is an excellent way to get around the city using public transport and the special features it includes (funicular, elevator). The possibility of accessing certain exhibitions or museums is an advantage, but you need to have sufficiently long days to enjoy them. Many of the things we like to visit are not included, or only with discounts: the ferry is not included, the castles of Sintra are not included (apart from small discounts), access to St George's Castle, St Vincent's Monastery in Faro... these are all emblematic monuments, as is the Hymenite Monastery. Perhaps it would be a good idea to offer fewer discounts on all museums, but more on emblematic monuments. In the case of the Monastery of the Hyemenites, for example, it's worth noting that not all of the site was open to visitors, and part of the Belem Tower was closed until early April.

Amazing building. Don't understand why x2 queues for Chuch and cloisters. Should be better info about queuing system. Online ticket purchase of Lisboa card very straight forward. Why hard copy card - should be online ticket. Having to obtain card from one of the tourist offices is time consuming and inconvenient.

Really easy to collect and made it very easy to jump on and off transport without trying to workout how much it cost etc. very convenient

Ticketing and pricing were very accurate with Headcount. The Lisbon Card is worth the money just in terms of the free metro, buses etc.

So often the museums were closed so the value of the ticket was limirted vs a one day metro/tram ticket. Also i lost my ticket so i lost two days of cost.

Interesting place. Enjoyed learning the history. The area was not clean - a lot of trash on ground. It was unclear that you had to get paper tickets from the nearby ticket booth.

Hastle free experience, time saving as different modes of transportation to choose from and effortless too if you have google map helping you to navigate. Otherwise explaining driver on location before purchasing ticket in a different language would have been a big headache.

I wanted a combi ticket for pena palace, moorish casle, quinta da regaleira and public transport. However, I could not buy such a ticket. I did not have trouble with something that 8s listed here, but I have to choose something otherwise I can't submit my review.

The monestary was great, and the tower was great once inside. It was a little confusing about where/ when a card was needed, and how to activate. Especially at Belém Tower. Great value though.

Everything was impeccable, unlimited transportation, access to the museums we wanted! We advise anyone going to Lisbon to buy this "Lisboa Card"

Practical and easy to use. Good discounts at the main attractions. Good transportation and included the historic trams.

the cost of the card is inexpensive for the services it offers, and the museums and discounts you can visit and get make it a useful tool for an experience of getting to know the city and its surroundings

The convenience of getting the card from the cell phone. The speed of exchange for the physical card at the tourist office. Lisbon card allows a lot of free activities. The Jerónimos monastery is beautiful!
