Entry Tickets to Acropolis & Parthenon with Audio Guide

After trying to navigate and find the audio guide, it would not download and was not available. We tried in advance to do it, as we read the internet service was poor in the area, however we were not able to figure it out and ended up not being able to use the audio guide even though we paid for it.

It was hard to have my location and the audio synchronized/aligned. I was more frequently in a different location than the audio.

Positive experience but you should use GPS to automatically activate the descriptions and thus avoid continuing to the next one before the user has reached it. I had to stop the guide continuously.

The audio guide is very informative. The flexibility is particularly great, as you don't have to go through the individual stations in order.

The entry was very well organised , especially the ladies on the gate who were very strict about letting you in at exactly the right time . Our time was 5pm and this allowed us plenty of time to see everything on the sloes and the Acropolis itself.

The visit enjoyable, the audio guides interesting and well done. I did not appreciate the fact that it was only after purchase that I was informed that the selected time slot would be confirmed 24 hours before the visit and that the tickets were sent to me 24 hours before. In addition, I still had to wait in line because on the app it is not possible to select reduced tickets, which are free but still mandatory to enter

We did not have any problem with the entrance, we did not see a long line there, but I think that buying tickets in advance helps a lot to optimize time.

Unfortunately, the audio guide tour did not match the route from the entrance to the Acropolis. Your navilink directed us to the main entrance. But the audio tour starts at the other entrance. That was totally confusing.

Not being able to visit the caves.... and not being able to access the inside of the Parthenon for better conservation and what I do not like is the access for the disabled.

Everything went very well. Ticket arrived by email. You should download the audio guide in good time, as there is poor reception at the Acropolis.

Hi it was all very clear from the beginning i.e. from the purchase of the ticket plus audio guide to the DIY tour with listening through headphones. Congratulations Joshua

1. The entry was difficult to find and not many staff to ask to outside. 2. I arrived late my fault but then I had to buy the ticket again.

It's nice to receive information in your own language about a place that is so historic. As we went there from a different entrance than on the explanatory tour, it was a bit confusing at first. Unfortunately, the location function didn't work at all. Overall, however, it was better than without the audio guide!

We liked the convenience of booking online, but they didn‘t have the audio guide we paid for, so we overpaid for the audio guide.

Amazing ruins! Easy to order tickets. It was nice to have the map and audio. But navigation was not easy. It would be great is there were numbers on the information signs at each ruin that correlated with the audio. Glad I went!!

Convenient to skip it given the long queue at the ticket office. We really liked the audio guide on the cell phone allowed us to hear the descriptions in our own time.

Fantastic experience. everything as d program. excellent also the help I received from the service department which was very prompt in supporting me.

It made the experience very practical! The only thing I didn't like was that I paid twice as much for the ticket. It could have been a bit cheaper.

Beautiful experience, I recommend everyone to go at least once in a lifetime. From the Parthenon, to the ruins of the Acropolis, to the magnificent view of the city--the whole thing will leave you speechless. Magnificent
