Hagia Sophia Admission Tickets

We had tickets in advance and were able to enter without waiting unfortunately the audio guide was not identical to the route in the mosque

The ease of obtaining tickets with the directions we were given and the possibility of listening to the explanations in our language. There was a queue to get in but it was very fast. It is a pity that you can only access the upper part but it is worth it because it is very well observed in all its splendor. .

Walking through the Hagia Sophia was amazing. The architecture alone was outstanding as were the mosaics. Worth the trip. Unfortunately., the crowds were pushy and we sometimes found it difficult to find an observation area. Lastly, the recommended free audio tour was useless. Not worth the time downloading the app. However, we marveled at the museum.

The entrance to the museum was made easy after we discussed with the service provider. He also helped us to install the audioguide. When entering the Hagia Sofia, I could not syncronise the guide with what we saw. We could only enter the second floor so part of the audio guide was non-applicable. It would have been helpful to have a general instruction somewhere what was coming. It was interesting to see the remains of the Christian faith on the walls, they had been beautifully created. They also explained the agreement with the Church and the State that changed the original concept of a family based gatherings of the first century.

We were greeted by a young man eager to please, very friendly and professional, he accompanied us to the entrance without queuing, very nice, highly recommended. In addition, the meeting point is next to the entrance. Very good.

Fond of history, visiting the Hagia Sophia is a dream come true and it was made easier by booking it with Headout. Kudos to the team who assisted us.

Éviter la file est très appréciable et cela aurait été dommage de ne pas visiter Hagia Sophia parce que l'attente pour les billets nous aurait découragés. Le service et l'accueil étaient très agréables. Nous avons pu trouver le point de contact facilement. Ce monument est impressionnant.

There is no way that we pay to come to Turkey and we have trouble visiting mosques because of praying times. I understand these are the rituals in the country but losing time and money and not being allowed to enter? We walked around the tops inside od Hagia Sophia and had no idea how to go downstair where the green carpet is. We went outside and we wanted to go downstair but the girl said it is now praying time. Simple, next time we are not paying money to be second priority people.

I think it was almost impossible to get to the Hagia Sophia without the tour. The queues on the Easter weekend were enormous. So to save the waiting time in a line I recommend to use the Headout. But please note that even with a tour you might need to wait in the line to the security.

Though the. tickets that i bought were. skip. the line tickets, we still had to join the main queue and it took us literally 2 hours. to enter

A nice time at the museum but it was also a quick entry without standing in a huge queue to buy a ticket.

It all good, on time, smooth entrance. It's worth paying the extra fee for not having to wait for hours to get in into the Aya Sofia.

Super! Very convenient service. Didn't have to stand in a huge line. Walked up to the site, went to the website, took the deletes and went straight into the facility. Very majestic and beautiful cathedral! A great shrine of Orthodoxy.

We really enjoyed the visit. With the vendor, you could avoid the queue at the ticket office. Unfortunately, only the galleries can be visited in the Hagia Sophia. It was not possible to enter the main nave and the vestibules.

You saved us a long long long line to wait. That was why we were willing to pay 10€ extra for each ticket. ...a hearty free but the line wait was two hours at least.

Everything was fine! We were able to avoid the long queues at the ticket offices and we also had priority entry. This was more than worth it in terms of time and we were still independent without any group "pressure".

I didn't like that we only had access to the 2nd floor. we all wanted to see the ground floor. there are many paintings and other things to see.

The guide was very helpful and very informative . Gave me info not only about Agia Sophia but also about the city and other monuments and tours avail . Great service . Well done

The visit was interesting and the temple is amazing, but I don't think fate that they charge for the entrance and not allow visiting the first floor, only the second, so the experience feels incomplete

A must-see monument for anyone coming to Istanbul. It's magnificent. Buying tickets in advance made it much easier to visit. We didn't have to wait in line, which was huge that day. The fact that you don't have to pay for a ticket makes it much easier to organize your trip.
