Organized and highly informative... easy to meet the group and see all three sites. Small group.. remember to bring a scarf for your head (ladies) and cover your knees (both men and women) otherwise you have to buy a scarf or skirt. We had a break in the middle for a quick juice or gelato. Great tour.

The name of the activity is misleading. There is no skipping the line. It is simply impossible. In fact you skip the line to purchase but not to enter. For the basilica cistern, on the other hand, you enter directly by skipping the line

The guide tried to tell you the important things. But the distraction of the guide was annoying. When he wants to show the photos, he goes on and on and on, then decides that it's not the right album after all. Search, search, search again. And so on, several times. I felt that the guide could have been more prepared in advance. He told us the basics, which you can just read on the internet. And the sound of the headphones was really disturbing. The volume was very high, and when I adjusted and tried to reduce it, it would either turn off or get too loud. The experience was average.

St. Sophia for history and architecture is unique. The headout service was great with the qrcode sent right away and later the pdfs of the tickets. There were no problems at the entrance by showing the tickets on the cell phone. Tip: send the pdf tickets at least 2 or 3 days before the date of visit.

Visiting Haja Sophia was a truly exciting and unforgettable experience. The building is immediately striking in its majesty: the imposing dome, golden mosaics, and Islamic calligraphy coexist in a harmony unique in the world. It is impossible not to feel the weight of history as you walk inside - from Byzantine basilica to Ottoman mosque to museum and mosque again, every nook and cranny tells of centuries of culture and religious transformation. The atmosphere is solemn, yet welcoming, and the sense of spirituality one feels is universal, regardless of one's faith. The organization is good, the entrance well managed, and the staff courteous. I definitely recommend visiting it, perhaps early in the morning to avoid the crowds. An architectural masterpiece that leaves you breathless

I loved that we skipped the line. I already knew lines would be long for some of the sites and that alone made the tour worth it. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and anticipated most of our questions. There was only one criticism; the headsets used to communicate. They were uncomfortable and fell in and out of reception easily. Mostly because of the restrictions of the city, but also, I think, because of the quality of the headset. But other that that, The tour was worth the price.

It's an impressive site that still impresses me with its beauty. You can enter for free if you pray, but the security guards ask you to recite the Koran. My relatives have used this entrance. For my part, I found that the paying queue without a queue cutter was interminable. Under a blazing sun, I went to your site and took my ticket in less than 2 minutes. I then ran out as we were approaching closing time for the morning. Inside, I let my feelings carry me from one point of view to another. Everything is gigantic, and the experience gave me a great deal of peace despite the crowds. My relatives who had gone to pray were down below, and the rest of us visitors were up above. The quietude of the prayers was preserved.

The tour ran like clockwork. Our guide, Michael, was in the expected place and knowledgeably took the group to each of the three historic locations, explained their context and interesting and historical details. We were allowed our own time in each location before meeting back at an agreed place for the next stop on the tour. No real queues in the 4th week of June on a 1pm booking, but great to skip lines on this tour where possible. Apparently the rules have changes in the Hagia Sophia allowing guides to take visitors around the 2nd level which meant that Michael could explain the Christian and Muslim iconography in this exceptional 6th century building. Ticketing through Headout was easy and predictable.

Unfortunately, we were unable to visit the Hagia Sophia. The problem was that it was not communicated that the location was closed on that day or should only open from 2:30pm. It was a Friday and people wanted to go to bed, which is fine, but you shouldn't sell tickets that are supposed to guarantee access from 9:00 am but can't be used. Our problem was that the morning was our only free window for this visit. Really annoying for us, but we got our money back, thank you very much.

I purchased this tour since we were tight in time and wanted to do the main sites. Most of the time we spent out of the attractions waiting to get in, it seemed like the tickets had a time slot instead of being skip the line. Although it says skip the line it wasn't true since for many we where just standing outside and waiting. So much pointless waiting and then inside the actual Hagia Sophia we rushed through the top floor. Out of the 3 hours at least half of the time was just standing outside of the attractions doing nothing. We should've just bought the tickets on our own.

Nothing. We didn't get to see the Hagia Sophia. When we arrived they requested for the ticket from the app or the physical ticket. The person who had to change the tickets after half an hour couldn't find them. Anyway I managed to open the app. The problem is that the skip the line was only nebt to avoid the line to buy the tickets, not really to skip the line. We would have to wait in line for more then an hour, under the sun. Definitely crazy. I really don't understand what I bought. Never again.

Unfortunately, there are men everywhere who want to show you the entrance to Hagia Sophia and then wait for you at the exit and drag you into one of their stores. As soon as you cancel here, the atmosphere immediately changes. You feel really harassed. Even on the way to Hagia Sophia, you are constantly approached from the side to go into some store. Once and never again. I can only advise against it. Apart from that, you don't see very much for 35€. You can really save yourself the money.

We tried to get in with the skip the line tickets that Headout delivered to us, and we were not able to get in. We ended up hiring a local guide and he was able to get us in after we explained to him that we supposedly had tickets but that they looked suspicious, and did not appear to be tickets for the entry to the mosque. Only with him and his credentials were we able to get in. In fact, an employee at Hagia Sophia had to scan us in with his ID since our barcodes did not work. He only did this because we were with a known guide. The tickets only mentioned an immersive experience exhibit which we were not really interested in. Later when we wrote as much to Headout, we were sked to produce the new tickets purchased. We never said that we purchased new tickets, only that we were so lacking in confidence that the tickets were actually entrace tickets for Hagia Sophia that we ended up hiring a guide to help us. The mosque itself was awesome. The entire experience using HEadout both before and after was stressful and wasted a lot of timeand energy.

Luckily we booked the tickets online beforehand and were there straight away in the morning. We had to wait about 20 minutes. After a short security check, we went straight into the mosque. We feared bad surprises after reading some negative comments online, but in Istanbul everything went perfectly . Precise and punctual organization, directions are given to the meeting point and via app everything is very convenient and at hand. Pleasant tour, our guide, Ali (I unfortunately do not remember his full name), was a nice guy, knowledgeable and very helpful. We had a great time with him, the explanation given was just the right length, neither too short nor too long, and the time flew by. We bought skip the line tickets the night before for €33.50 each. The next day, Sunday, we went along at 2pm and didn't have to queue at all. Hagia Sophia is spectacular, well worth seeing. We are not Muslim so could only see from first floor balcony which wraps all the way around but you still get a good view of it

I finally got to visit the great Hagia Sophia. While getting to explore the upper level was a blessing, I don't understand why the lower level is off limits. Even the Blue Mosque is open to non-Muslims. If I had gotten to explore the lower level, my visit would have been perfect. This is not Headout's fault, but something that is on my mind.

This is the third time I've visited the Hagia Sophia, the first time as a mosque. It's a shame that you can't see the dome from the center, i.e. from the first floor. The sites are splindid, except for the blue mosque, which is not... blue. The pictures you find on the web and the ones you utuilize suggest that the interior is blue. But it is not! Moreover, the guiga gives time to the group after its speigation when you have now exited the attraction, while inside it is easy to lose it because it runs quickly to the exit. One does not even have time to take a photograph....

It was well organized and Arthur gave us a great insight into the history and architecture of the buildings. The tour of the Blue Mosque and the Hagia Sophia was guided. We were able to visit the basilica on our own. It makes sense to have your knees and shoulders covered and ladies should bring a scarf for their hair. At the Hagia Sophia, nothing was lent out here but you had to buy something to cover yourself and the rest of the group had to wait.

In this mosque-church you can feel the weight of history, its gravity, its importance for both the western and eastern world. You can also perceive genius in its architectural design. I would have liked to have had more access to the building, for example, to the second floor. Otherwise, it was wonderful to experience the mix of spirituality and institutional, imperial religion.

There was no mention of a fast-track ticket. You just save yourself the trouble of buying a ticket on site. You still have to join the queue. A waiting time of around 30 minutes is not fast-track entry after all. Consolation: it's worth it though. The Hagia Sophia is well worth a visit.

The only thing I liked was skipping the queues. I do not recommend the visit at all. It is the only mosque where they charge admission and you can't go in! You can only access the second floor. I do not recommend it at all even though it is a majestic building because I think it is an abuse to charge you to see it from above.

Negative point: the timetables provided by Headout are both contradictory and inutally worrying: in fact you can turn up at any time at the entrance with the QR code and... that's it (there's no guide provided anyway -- except your smartphone as long as it can access the network).

I was very disappointed. It is not a museum anymore, it is just a mosque now. Hagia Sophia was wonderful museum before, a unique combination of historical and cultural heritage. Now it is just a money machine for foolish foreigners, you can not see anything because the usual visitors paying to see nothing. Before I used to love going back. I will wait to turn to museum again before visit it again.

My wife who was going back there after 27 years at Santa sofia was disappointed, she said she would not have bought tickets if this was specified before buying tickets. I can understand that the faithful pray from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. But can you make a walkway for foreigners as well because surely seen from below it has another value. Thank you

One tourist didn't see us at the meeting point half way through and yelled at the guide saying he hadn't shown up, but the guide did show up, he was there and so were the other tourists in the group, just this one man didn't see us and walked away. Although even the redemption was confirmed - it did not work either from the e-mail or with copy / paste - each time "invalid promotion code". I have to say that I was disappointed for the price. There was no guide and despite my ticket I was only allowed upstairs in the visitor area. Paying 63€ for a very poor museum is nothing I can recommend to anyone. Otherwise I love museums. The building is impressive. It has been a church, been transformed into a mosque/museum where we are only allowed to stand and look (!) at half of the building. Turn it into a museum/church again, so everyone can enjoy it. And a museum with no toilets??? Never again.

The place is amazing but we were asked to carry our sroller is crazy. We could not store it anywere and we were forbidden to roll it either... Furthermore no dedicated line for families. At the time of purchase, it was not specified that a "free" ticket had to be taken for children under 6. So I took 7 paying tickets (for the 6 adults and a 7 year old at around 30 euros per person!!). And after a long queue for the entrance to Hagia Sophia, they told me we couldn't get in because we didn't have a (free) ticket for our 3-year-old daughter. So the whole line of people behind us went through, except us.... And we had to queue again at the ticket machine to get a "free" ticket ...............

I would like to point out that my friend and I enjoyed the Basilica Cisterna very much. The problem was the very misbehavior of the guide, who at the end of the visit did not check that the group was full; for this reason we never found the guide again, whose name I unfortunately do not remember. The rest of the visit (combo 'Basilica Cistern, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque') was very good, also in that we managed to find 2 other guides who were very nice, knowledgeable and welcoming (one of the 2 guys is named Murat Can Gumus, unfortunately I don't remember the other guy's name).

The guide was not particularly knowledgeable. He also took our headsets away at Hagia Sophia, right at the beginning, so we couldn't really hear anything for the entire time we were there. Nothing to love. I probably could've learned more if I'd gone in on my own and just read the signs

The area open to visitors is ridiculously small. In other mosques, you can walk around, why not here? Also the audio guides are not engaging and there are no written explanations. The mosaics seem to not be protected, which is concerning. Really disappointing.

"Skip-the-line" is a joke. Advertised as a timesaver when it is not. There are no lines to buy regular ticket (25Eur) but the line to the entreance is huge. this is a e-ticket that costs 10euro more.. that is what it is..

We didn't actually make it into the Hagia Sophia. We were limited with time (which is why we purchased the skip the line tickets), but didn't realise that those tickets didn't skip the security check line. The security check line was very long. Too long for us to wait in it.

I liked the space, as it could not be otherwise. However, the contracted service seems to me very deficient: we queued a lot, we were not warned that we had to use our cell phone as a device (I had left my parents' at the hotel, since I thought they would give us a device to connect our headphones), and also the explanations of the audio guide very improvable, and the numbers did not correspond to those that were in situ in Santa Sofia. I will not repeat, nor recommend it.

Very expensive ticket for the upper part of the venue. Most of the interesting parts are at the ground floor. There could be video represantations of the whole church regarding it's building, the historical significance or even a 3D view of the lower part

For a foreign visitor, it doesn’t offer much of an experience—you’re basically just paying $33 to say you’ve been inside. Plus, you can see everything in a very short time. In terms of value for money, it’s actually pretty negative. I’ve been to several countries, and there are much more beautiful and historic places for a lower price! Also, the audioguide website didn’t work at all on my Android device (Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra), neither in Chrome nor Edge.

Nothing. The guide yelled at us for four hours. People told him the headsets were too loud but he proceeded to yell in our ears for four hrs!! It was a stressful and unenjoyable activity! I travelled for two weeks and took other tours in other cities. All weee wonderful after this horrible experience!

Once we arrived at the venue we realized the ticket representative was at another location. We booked for a specific time and had no way to find our way to your offices for the tickets to be issued. In addition the lines of people were so long long to aquire a " easy access ticket " had no use any event.

I liked the sights themselves but I found the guide to be quite demotivated. He focused mostly on the blue mosque and the sultans history with minimal information around the importance of Agia Sophia for Christians. No mention of its unique architecture and its importance prior to the Ottoman empire. The Basilica was impressive but again, the guide did not provide anything additional but the most basic information (eg he did not even do a tour of the basilica to show us the medusa head or other findings in the pillars). It might be that he was new to the job or working part-time. Definitely did not match the profile of the official agia sophia guide. I wish I got the audio guide and did the tour at my own pace; much better value and more flexibility. I do not recommend!

It is a great pity that visitors today are only allowed to enter the upper part of Hagia Sophia. This prevents you from experiencing the enormous splendor of the dome. Charging €33.50 admission for this is more than annoying.

We booked tickets for the palace, Basillica Cistern, and Hagia Sophia. The Palace was a group of 50, no headphones, you could hear nothing unless you one of the lucky ones standing next to the guide. Basillica Cistern the guide NEVER showed up, Hagia Sophia we never were given headphones. In all we were dissatisfied with each tour. Santa Sofia is not worth the price. A very deteriorated building inside, besides being rushed around by the security people. It took me an hour in line to get in, and I had no more than 30 minutes inside.
