Skip-the-Line Tickets to Basilica Cistern

La cisterna è davvero spettacolare! Consiglio vivamente di vederla. Attenzione perché è sempre molto piena di turisti e c'è molta fila per il biglietto ma Acquistando il salta fila siamo entrati subito e senza attese. Con questa applicazione è stato molto semplice scaricarli.

The Basillica Cistern is a beutiful underground structure and the scultpures/ art installations by contemporary artists really add to the experience. The skip-the-line Headout ticket was well worth getting as we arrived at 10 am and there were already huge queues for tickets but no queue for advance purchase online tickets. the only issue was we paid slightly extra for an audio-guide but there were no instructions as to how to collect this and when we asked at te cistern we were told they don't have audio-guides.

The purchase of the tickets was easy and they arrived promptly in my inbox, so no issues there. Only when I arrived I was told I needed to download the app then sign in - it just made the process more difficult given I had limited data and had only just bought the tickets. Would recommend setting it up when you have access to wifi!

The cistern was amazing! Though we initially had problems getting our tickets, the agency later the same day corrected the issue.

Extremely efficient queue-cutting ticket (there was a long queue for those with "normal" tickets; we went ahead!). The cistern, with its play of light, is magnificent and well worth a visit!

I necessarily had to download the app with a non-Turkish connection. all this at the entrance to the cistern. Isn't it easier to send QR CODES???? The audio guide didn't work. the download didn't work

Purchasing this ticket allowed me to skip a long line and gain quick and easy access to the Basilica Cisterna. The attraction is really striking and this allowed me to take really nice pictures!

Why isn't Basilica Cistern honoring the MuzeKart and requiring pricy entrance on top of what we already paid for MuzeKart?

Glad we booked ahead to avoid the long lines. Nice to have tickets online, so easy. The cistern was so much different and better than anticipated. Such an amazing experience. Good to go early in the morning.

Online ticket was working very good. Not waiting in a queue. Beautiful place with illuminated sculptures and a very impressive structure underground.

Visiting the Basilica Cistern in Istanbul was way cooler than I expected. They call it the "Sunken Palace," and it really feels like stepping into a different world. The lighting down there is just perfect— it creates this mysterious vibe that makes the whole place feel magical. It's actually a lot bigger than it looks in pictures, which was a nice surprise. Walking among those ancient columns with the soft echo of water drops around you is something else. If you're in Istanbul, you've got to check it out. It's not just another tourist spot; it's a whole mood on its own.

What an amazing walk through history. I loved this experience and having the option of skipping the very long line at arrival was a PLUS. Big Plus. This was a great experience and I will definitely recommend it as I plan trips for Clients visiting Istanbul.

This underground basilica, built as a reservoir, is fantastic!!!!! Incredible, but really incredible in size! There is also an interesting light show . What could be improved is to have more language and better visible signs. It was very easy to get in without queuing! It's also very nice that if you open the ticket during the internet, it opens later without internet. I recommend it to everyone!

The speed with which we were able to enter and the explanations about the Cistern Basilica. We had read them beforehand so that we could take a closer look at the details.

Tickets were given to us at Topkapi Cafe, not an easy procedure. They were able to download us a QR -code whith which we got in easily. The venue itself was amazing. Would have koved to know more about the history.

Fue una gran experiencia. Disfrutamos mucho el caminar entre las columnas. El único detalle es que pagamos audioguia y no pudimos utilizarla porque nunca pudimos conectarnos a Internet

Ticketing process was OK but the audio guide would not play in the cistern since there was NO WiFi or cell reception. > false advertising. In addition very dim lighting on the signs made them difficult to read.

I caught a good day and was lucky to be there before all the tourists crowded the basilica. Very interesting with many thoughts that teleport you back in time. From my point of view, worth seeing.

very charming place, perhaps 25€ too much compared to Italian prices. The skip-the-line does not "work." The guide very complete and exhaustive.
