Dolmabahce Palace Skip-the-Line Tickets with Audio Guide

The Museum is excellent both in terms of content and organization. I consider the ban on photographing the exhibits to be excessive. The vast majority of your visitors will not be able to come back and will probably want to keep some of the exhibits they find most interesting as a memento. I'm having trouble understanding the reason. Anyway, thank you very much for an otherwise very nice experience.

Quick, convenient service, clear instructions. Interesting introduction from the guide. The Palace itself was truly amazing. Well worth visiting.

Starting at 10 am was a good choice, to avoid the crowd. The meeting point was fine, the guide arrived at 10 and we moved inside with good information.

Our guide didn't show up until 9:55. So we were in the rain over 15 minutes. The regular ticket line wasn't long. Otherwise it was a good visit.

Apart from the initial explanation of what we would see inside the palace I would like to point out the excellent service when we missed the original appointment and the staff immediately reassured us and placed us in the next group. Guidance down to the smallest detail and real congratulations for impeccable professionalism. Many kisses and greetings from Athens.

Meeting point is AFTER security checks, this was not clear from initial instructions. The need of a guide to enter the Palace is pointless, easily replaceable by a map. Attraction is definitely worth visiting despite the high cost

The palace and surrounding gardens are beautiful! The guide was a very nice and helpful guy: we had booked the entrance at 11:30 a.m. but we arrived well in advance and he allowed us to join the group preceding ours, so we enjoyed a wonderful visit, making the most of the afternoon.

Magnificent Dolmabahce! Highly recommended to those who want to see the rich history of the Ottoman Empire. 5 star goes to lovely guide Guldeniz!

It was magnificent! It started off with the palace visit. The guide had much knowledge on the historical background and audio guide was helpful inside, did not need to rush in the queue. Cruise was an amazing experience with audio guide and chargeable snacks.

I liked everything but the fact that the Guide had all the tickets in one, it was inconvenient to enter the places. They wouldn't let us into the Palace because we didn't have the tiecket. We had to talk and explain until we were allowed. It would be nice if the guide would give everyone their ticket as the app says.

The tour guide was good. But he brushed through his descriptions of the palace and what we were going to see. He a few minutes late which made us nervous whether he was going to show up. The skip the line tickets were real benefit.

Nice and functional ticket is tank, beautiful Istanbul, lots of beautiful people. Very bad experience with transportation especially cab and very bad experience with turkish airlines

All ran smoothly with the guide.. meeting at clock tower as instructed. Good tour of palace with time to yourself to explore inside

Tour leader should arrive on time, and be prepared to take his group immediately. He arrived late, and did not have his passes ready to submit us, resulting in further waiting. The historical information he provided was extremely basic, in broken English. I have had other tours with your company, where the guide was very knowledgeable and worth waiting for. We experienced many other tourists exasperated with the complexity of getting in to see a site. These processes should be simplified. "Skip the line" ticket? Next time I will simply buy the city pass and skip the nonsense.

I've used Istanbul Welcome Card before. Their setup is excellent. It appears as if Headout has only recently taken over their setup. I'm afraid the Headout end isn't dovetailing well at present, so you need to work on that. Your tickets and directions still mention Istanbul Welcome Card but the flag bearer now carries a blue Headout flag. I'd also booked transportation from airport and back. Again, excellent service on ground but the Headout link was a mess. Waited half an hour for the people at the airport to chase the booking at the Headout end. So you need some work to do.

I liked the communication. The guide was there at the appointed time, he gave us all the necessary information. Then he gave us a short but relevant presentation about the palace.

Very good organization, we met the guide at the indicated place who gave us the tickets and explained how it worked. Too bad we didn't have it in Italian but the audio guides were in excellent Italian and carried around like a mini phone

The tour guide was friendly, interactive, very knowledgeable. Great sense of humor, stayed with us until we had our audios, gave more details on the history. It was a pleasure using the audios and the cafe was delightful.
