Pena Palace Tickets

The fast pass ticket saved us a 1/2 hour wait at the ticket office and another 1/2 hour at the entrance to the castle, which was perfect for this very touristy place.

The experience of buying the tickets was super easy and agile, the place was beautiful, super organized with the queues and the information we requested, when necessary.

I liked the view, the Mauritanian courtyard, the tiles and the tour of the pinnacle. The information about the time slot was misleading and meant that we had to wait in the blazing sun.

Palace was beautiful. Quinta regaleira was beautiful, although line for Initiation Well was so long we did not have time to do . We did not know how to access the transportation from Pena Park to the palace, and did not know how to navigate around the park, because it is enormous! Perhaps too much to try to do those two things in one day?

Loved absolutely everything. The weather was great, the line ups were good. Penna Palace was amazing as well as Mooeish Castle

Please get skip the line tickets. This is a extremely crowded venue similar to the likes of the Vatican museum. It will get you in faster so you can enjoy tbe palace and surroundings.

Both places are amazing. I had trouble downloading the audio guide and headout chat line responded and fixed it straight away. Great service.

Extremely busy even now in April. It was too busy to catch the bus from the gate. The palace itself was in need of painting on the outside. The interior was a better experience

Dream gardens , variety of plants , camellia trees . The castle looks like that of dolls . Every detail is magnificent .

Good experience...we liked the Palace. We have avoided long queues by taking the tickets. We were helped by the staff at the entrance...due to problems with the phone.

The site was itself amazingly beautiful and the process of getting the tickets and the bus ride up to the palace made easy and enjoyable.

Discovering the park. For 3 hours, we wandered around the park, discovering beautiful, lively and, above all, QUIET areas.

The castle itself is very beautiful, but the parking and then you have to pay back a bus ticket or the touktouks. A real shame.

Easy, straightforward and no surprises. Make sure to be inside the gates and at the palace at your designated ticket time (about 20 min walk from entry)

The palace was spectacular and the views magnificent but we particularly loved the park , the chalet and lakes too where we could get away from the crowds. The history is also extremely interesting. It was also easy to walk up to the Moorish castle after visiting the Palace.

Happy we had advanced tickets. We still waited to enter but our line was short. Website is a little difficult to navigate but purchasing on Headout was easy.

The Palace is beautiful, and so is the area. The gardens are very pleasant. One of the staff was extremely kind to give us preference with the baby. However, the place was very crowded. The queues, especially to get in, were very disorganized and long. There were lots of people everywhere. The cafeteria and restaurant had huge, slow-moving queues. The food was very good.

The palace and gardens are great, there is no doubt about this. The issue that isnt the best is INFORMATION There is not one site that accumulate all information about - When, Where and specialy HOW to get there. There is a completely chaos market around the palace and no one can tell pros and cons for each of the ways.

Having the tickets on my phone was quick and easy! I could also access the tickets without internet which was great. The palace gardens was amazing, so beautiful and not too busy in the week
