No audio guide. Overcrowded boat. You had to walk 10 minutes to reach the boat from the meeting point at the docks. The description of the cruise on the website is not clear enough.

I was 1 hour before departure at the right location and I was guided to the wrong boat. So I never experience the tour I have paid and booked for!!! Total bad information on the ticket and no help what so ever at the dock.

Small boat with no equipment: no table, old chairs in the middle: no hot drinks. No audioguide in French... very disappointed!

Booking was for 11am. Arrived early as requested. Boat didn't leave until closer to 12pm. A wasted hour I won't get back and wasn't informed of. In addition, no support from staff regarding audio guide. Clearly the tour was designed for a German speaking audience and this was not made clear enough in the booking. I eventually found a QR code on a sticker to access an english audio guide app, but didn;t have head phones and couldn't hear it properly over the live audio.

I enjoyed the port visit and the tour, which was very comprehensive.
However, it was very cold because of the wind and the captain talked too much into the microphone. He said a lot of useless things.

What i didn't love: the time mentioned on the ticket (11.30) was incorrect. The boat was leaving at 11.15. And they react as if we were wrong. Not nice!!!
