Tickets to National Roman Museum - Palazzo Massimo

The museum has different sculptures and artistic representations that come from the beginning of the empire, is a highly recommended place to learn about urban life in each of the stages of the empire, highly recommended.

Palazzo Massimo is an art treasure. Danniele the curator of the Museum talked a lot with me. A great person. Everything turned out excellent. The museum needs modernization and updated museum design.

I loved my experience at the museum. The art was extraordinary. Purchasing my ticket through the app was flawless but... there was an issue with the machine recognizing the e-ticket on the app when I attempted to scan it several times prompting the intervention of museum staff for entry.

The exhibits that were open were interesting. But several displays were missing due to refurbishing and the entire lower level numismatic/coin display was closed.

Very nice and relaxed morning as the museum was not crowded. Only downside was that we were not made aware that it's #1 attraction (The Boxer) was on loan.

There was very little assistance throughout the visit, with very little indication of how to properly tour the palace. The pieces, although well cared for, seemed a little abandoned in museum terms. Finally, there was no air conditioning.
