New York Christmas Lights Bus Tour

Very convenient. Meeting point are good. Hot chocolate and cookies is awesome. Only one comment is how to communicate across the bus grouup but our tour guide can managed it.

Ir was nice but bit disorganized.

This tour was supposed to begin at 4:30, and we were to check in at 4:15. Online, it said it was a three-hour tour. Upon arrival, we were told it was a four-hour tour. We had plans later that evening, but decided to try and make it work. We got on the bus to begin the tour, but by 4:45, the bus had not even left, and there was no sign of it leaving. We got off the bus so that we would be sure to make our next event. I called the tour operator the next day and left a message to discuss the issue, and to reschedule our tour. Someone called me later that evening, and I asked to reschedule. She said she would speak with a supervisor, and call me back. She never called me back. I attempted to reach the tour operator again the following day, and they did not respond. As a result, we were unable to reschedule the tour. This morning, I contacted "headout" to ask for a refund. The best they would offer was a 50% credit to my headout account. This is good for one year. Unfortunately, I don't know when I will next be in a city in which headout operates and I am able to use the credit. I am very disappointed that the advertised tour duration was off by one hour, and that the bus left well after the tour's set commencement time, making us unable to attend the tour. Those things are out of the customer's control.
