Madrid was a pleasant surprise compared to the 'idea we had gotten from our friends' experiences. It offers so much to tourists both culturally (museums and works of art) and logistically/gastronomically (metro, buses, places where you can eat how and what you want). In addition, I checked out the attention that food outlets put on any intolerances of patrons! The bus we used (hip on hip out) was a godsend and allowed us to organize our sightseeing without stressing! The subway allowed us to get back to the hotel always with minimal effort! In short, entertainment, culture, food and people who were nice and welcoming to tourists!

Large number of cars, but difficulty in recognizing the stops. Map hides the name of the streets with the outline of the route. Improve the map used.

I found very friendly staff on board, the itineraries were really interesting. The wi-fi network convenient and working. The audio guides in the language made the experience even more complete.

A very nice tour of the city with an easy view of the monuments in complete tranquillity. Convenience of getting off and getting back on the bus, useful audio guide. Would it be possible to give the precise starting bridge with the street or GPS point for each of the tours? And specify on the stops which tour they refer to? Thanks, it was really good.

I really like hop on hop off as I give me an excelent view of the city and main atractions. I loved that all the sites I wanted to visit where part of the route. It was great.

The top of the open top bus was not open even though the sun was out and there was no wind or rain and so it was hard to see the landmarks that the commentary pointed out. On the blue route the commentary was very dull. We enjoyed the green route more although we tushed to get the timetabled bus for the extended route time and the bus did not go to any extra stops. That was quite disappointing. The women running the on-board ticket desks were excellent and so were the drivers.

Always friendly drivers and guides. English was not so good at times though. Clear narration, not too long. We did this for 2 days, each time we left from Principi Pio, we had to wait a long time because the bus was overcrowded. We traveled with € kids, would definitely take the bus again.

We liked the skip the line visit to the royal palace. It helped us to save time. Also bus was great but we missed tour guide in polish language. That would be great if you could include it

Não havia sinalização nos pontos de paradas! Ficávamos sempre na dúvida onde era o ponto de embarque, achei maior ruim! Deveria existir placas sinalizando qual o nome e número da parada , porque assim com o mapa na mão você sabe aonde esperar o ônibus!

Overbooked bus got people to stand and sit to tight on the bus. During the day there was no Chance for us to sit on the upper deck and we did not see much. During the night it was better.

The bus at Bernabeu only runs until 17:00, not 18:00 as described on the ticket, we had to take a cab! : ( The route and exact locations are not available anywhere online : (

No problem with the ticketing; easy to visit a city for the first time; would be even better with a more sunny weather ! :-) we bought tickets for 2 days, which allows to jump on and off more than one time.

There is always a bus arriving and the waiting time is very short. Although it was very cold, the trip was pleasant and we were able to visit and get to know Madrid.

Routes and frequencies but in several chairs the audio was not working and the descriptions are out of date with the actual location.

This is the best way to introduce yourself to a city like Madrid. They hit all the hot spots and the commentary was very good!

3 of us, two with walking limitations went on the hop on hop off bus. Booked online and had phone confirmation which was easily exchanged for tickets on the bus. A very interesting tour of Madrid, we saw much more than we ever would have on foot. Good audio guide so we knew where we were. Thank you

Super nice experience! I recommend it with all my heart! The city is beautiful and having such opportunity offers you the chance to see most of it!

I took this tour on Saturday March 2 in a vehicle open to all draughts. As the weather was particularly gloomy (rain and snow), I sat inside, but it was very cold. The tour guide was chatting to the driver in a voice so loud it drowned out the audio guide's comments.
