With other channels I would have had to choose the time slot to visit, but instead with you when I showed up I went in and it was perfect this way, because we were able to arrange the day differently as we arrived earlier than planned.

Booking the tickets for my family took just a few seconds at the foot of the stairs to the abbey. We were able to walk past everyone and saved 1-2 hours queuing. You guys are great!

Payment was uncomplicated. Mt Saint Michel is well worth a visit. There are also buses, but we were quicker on foot as there were a lot of people there on the beautiful day. Thanks to the tickets, we were able to join the queue or the faster queue.

The waiting time was very long due to an emergency. This was of course not a problem in itself, but there was no information from the staff on site.
