Tickets to Palazzo Pitti and Palatine Gallery

Collecting our tickets was really easy and looking at the queue when we got there we were really happy we had pre ordered. We didn't wait too long to get in. Only downside was at this time of year quite a few of the exhibitions were closed and only 4 toilets for all visitors, the ladies q was long!

The palace and the artwork was stunning. It was easy to book the tickets online, HOWEVER, when we got to the palace, we still had to wait in a long long line outisde in the cold where everyone was waiting, even if you had not prepurchased tickets. It did not save any time whatsoever, and we needed to get a paper ticket.

I'm in love in your museum and your artists, but also in your beautiful city....so I look forward to and plan another visit😊

Pitti Palace I very beautiful. However, half of it was closed for renovation. It would have been nice to know ahead of time

I bought the ticket on line because it was advertised to eviro and the line and I had to filla for the paper one equally, also I was not notified that nio ticket was incomplete.

Everything I saw , especially the silver museum.Communicate to the four winds the day the royal apartments reopen.

We found it very organized and it was very well described in the mail the way to access the places. As for what we saw, there are no words to describe such beauty, the places are spectacular, you can't see enough art.

Very informative and Statue of David is so worth it. Understanding the history and purpose was incredible. Well worth it and our tour guide was amazing.

I liked the Palazzo Pitti extraordinarily well, the building, the architecture, the beautiful rooms and the Galleria Palatina impressed me very much. Had looked forward to also see the historical costumes and was then very disappointed by the Germana exhibition, find it completely out of place in the Palazzo Pitti. This still makes me sad, as I probably won't travel to Florence again in this lifetime. I will probably not travel to Florence again in this life.

Het zou echt veel lekkerder zijn als de tickets direct in de mail kwamen. Geen gedoe met kassa's voor het omzetten van vouchers.

Super good! Once we arrived at the Ticket Office, we showed our reservation and they gave us the tickets. We loved the place!

Very good ticketing experience, no issues and we whisked through the que in no time. The gardens were disappointing, expected more of a botanical garden experience- though the scale of the park and layout is quite impressive. The Pitti palace was worth the trip - but expect to be overwhelmed with portraits!

Pitti et Florence extraordinaires. Mais Italiens désagréables dans leur ensemble (pas un cas isolé). Quelle déception par rapport à leur réputation de gens chaleureux !

The whole experience was super smooth and exactly as described. It was especially helpful to be able to skip the line for ticket collection - especially in the hot summer! Having the package was helpful to minimize fuss of getting tickets separately and the places themselves are a must-see. Loved it!

Les prix réduits n'étaient pas explicites et nous avons payé un billet pour rien. Pas d'information claire sur les expositions / lieux / grottes fermés.

The palace was really awesome. We couldn't see much of the gardens as they were not really walker or wheelchair accessible. The gravel and all the steps are not handicap friendly at all. Still, the palace was a marvel.

Worth to visit! High quality art that presents itself. Each piece of art is labelled which easied upp a lot the visit for all tourists.

An excellent place to see, it is worth visiting the gardens and taking the time to see the palace in detail, not to be missed!

It was very easy to manage the ticket purchase online and there was no problem picking up the paper ticket. The Galleria Palatina Collection is incredibly impressive
